I would prefer to stay out of it beyond what I told Astro I would do. Me explaining his reasons would look like me defending him - or condemning him depending on how convincing the explanation. He's got a lot to answer for, but that's his job.
I do have an email for him if anyone wants it that still doesn't have it. Someone told me he posted that address on reddit, as well.
Flesner, you haven't asked for my opinion and believe you more than competent to handle what it is Astro asked of you while maintaining your sanity and safety. You've decided to put yourself in this and I know guys appreciate your being involved.
This reminds me of a similar situation I was in some yrs back. It was on a board that is no longer with us and was a very vocal member involved in many threads. The thread we will concern ourselves with today was in the Inernational Source part
This situation has so many similarities to the one back in 2003 or 04. The source was actually domestic to the USA. The contact guy was named Mauricio Garza.(I can't believe the name came to me) He spoke in broken English. It wasn't clear exactly where Mr Garza was on the food chain with regards to the source. He would field questions from board members as Astro did here.
The boar name was drugbuyers.co*...the ORIGINAL drugbuyers.co*. There were rules members needed to follow and the same applied to Mauricio. The source and website I'm talking about was mexrxonline.c**...there were sister sites owned by the same people. The sites had the same menu and ways to order, etc.
The source had recently been hit with some posts concerning orders that had been received by members that were missing items. The missing product were on back order and would be sent to customers as soon as they were received by mexrxonline.
The emails toi customers made the short items sound like a regular occurrence and all was well. It was looking like every order shipped was missing about half of the conents and the complaints were piling up and the excuses getting tiresome. Members were demanding that they be made aware of any product not being available when ordering as they only wanted to order what was actually in stock and asked Mauricio to not take $$ for product not on hand to ship.
Then one morning, memvers logged on(either on email or on the site can't remember?)
to find a message from the DEA warning members about contacting the website with answers about drugs they were hoping to have sent to them.
Thing was the warning was in broken English and very similar to Mauricio. Not long after the bogus DEA threat was exposed I get an email from Mauricio with different offers.
I've got to finish this later ,....I would suggest NOT buying or contacting Astro or giving him or any agent of his any info. It's simply too hot. He may or may not be LE and he may or may not be working under their supervision. It's just to hot. If he is OK and attempting to get going again sit back and watch. You pretty much had written off your $$ anyway.(or resigned yourself to the fact it was a very real possibility)
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND AT A LATER DATE IF HE IS FOR REAL. Give it 10 days. I guarantee you that 10 days from now we're going to know a great deal more than we do today.
