ASTRO, tracking numbers should only be provided of a problem arises. It is not safe for you or the customer IMO. Please keep the tracking numbers to yourself unless a package goes missing. I know you guys like knowing where your package is but it's better to not know. He ships fast. Maybe anything over 7 days you should provide tracking.

I'm not sure how I feel about this, I'm looking for other thoughts on this. Not bashing ASTRO since I'm sure it happens often enough. I just want some other opinions on the situation.

Rowan, that depends on how much you can trust the other person to mail your pack to you. That's a potentially messy situation

I see how that would be ideal for Astro but I'm not sure if I agree with making the customer take the risk of going to the post office to send out a pack.. I mean you didn't give him the wrong address did you??

Not sure how I would feel about giving another customer my mailing address. Probably refuse unless I knew the other customer pretty well. I wouldn't have a problem forwarding an unopened package to someone else, though.
