awful pip

pinned vg w .7ml 250mg/ml wwb test(mct little eo) w 27g 1 inch 6 days ago. looks like i got a bbl on one side of my ass bruised as shit in like a 6 inch diameter circle around the site. whole hip and side of ass killed but seems to have moved back to just the spot i pinned now. limping for 6 days straight taking ibuprofen to sleep although today was able to walk without too much of a noticeable limp. not super worried since its slowly going down. had a slightly elevated temp and chills off and on but believe that is because i started tren. no redness or hot to touch feeling. should i be worried? wondering if i either knicked a vein or it just leaked oil sub q and now i have a temporary eo bbl
