Actually, I think he's still chilling in his luxury condo in an exclusive suburb of Capetown, South Africa. He's been out on $50k bail fighting extradition to the U.S. for the last couple of years.It hasn't been produced in years. The guy who ran it is in prison.

The feds still expect to extradite Wainstein at anytime. In May 2014, they estimated it would take a year for it to happen. In the meantime, he's hired steroid lawyer J. Clark Baird to represent him in the U.S. and has requested grand jury transcripts and other discovery (likely in preparation for what appears to be his imminent extradition).
