Jacksonville-based dometic source arrested on Tuesday

Holy shit
^^^^^^^^ yeah, what he said. But never worry. The bros that purchase from these domestic ugl's aren't generally involved in the indictments. Matter of fact I don't know of a case where a buyer of a domestic ugly has ever been indicted. I'll bet if one were to have communications with any of these bros involved that they find out it was a rat.... "snitch" from within their group that led LE to them and id be willing to bet that in some way there were some illicit drugs involved as well. Id like to see any related search warrants to this case.

All things considered, domestic shipping is w/out a doubt safer than having a package shipped to you from another country.
Deffinately much safer. The feds aren't worried about personal users that I have ever seen and the ugl's I have seen them bust over the years when the actual facts come out is always some weird circumstances like pissed off girlfriends and jealous friends etc. Never usually is like actually tracking them from these forums and watching them through computers etc. Usually they are HANDED to LE. Fucking rats! Rats with big loooooong fucking tails.

There's always a snitch involved. Think about the process of gathering information in regards to investigators. They have to start somewhere with someone, right? How else would they find out?

Not always is there a snitch in the pretext I'm speaking on. For example. LE will "hunt" for some things...... i.e. sit on the corner block and watch crack deals in order to bust or...... post ads online setting up drug deals in order to bust THEN, work those people as snitches and up the ladder from there. But I disagree with that being the method that 99% of ugl's are busted by. LE is not actively seeking out ugl's. If so there would be tons and tons of busts. In the case of juice and ugl's. LE is not setting up stings in gyms etc.... from my experience in this game it is this kind of snitch; the pissed off girlfriend.... goes to LE and just totally hands a person in..... ALLLLLLLLLLL the way in. They ARE their investigation from start to finish. Or the jealous person who you THOUGHT was your friend simply pulling a real shady move and informing LE. Or an enemy in the game learning too much info about someone running a ugl by hacking or any other means and then providing LE with alllllll they need. This is a different kind of snitching. This is the kind that fell into LE's lap. Do you feel me?
That is what kind of situations I propose MOST ugl's fall behind.

Tied to which lab?

Update: The Jacksonville-based domestic source apparently sold steroids under the "Axio Labs" label....

Investigators believe that Baker used his personal training business as a front for the steroid operation, which supplied drugs to bodybuilders and semi-professional athletes under the name “Axio Labs,” the order said.

When the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency started its investigation into Baker, agents immediately noticed that it appeared the man was living well above his means.

“Mr. Baker’s purported employment and daily activities did not account for the lavish lifestyle he lived,” the court order said. “He built a $550,000 home and provided a $134,000 down payment.”

Baker’s postal carrier told investigators that he received packages from China on nearly a daily basis.

When Baker’s home was raided in February, agents reported finding multiple firearms, luxury cars and a $12,500 electric golf cart.

Even after the warrants were served on his home, Baker, who had hired an attorney, continued to import materials to produce steroids, officials said.

“The tipster reported (Baker’s) girlfriend, Ashley, is scared he will kill or hurt someone because of the conditions under which the steroids are made … and he threatens to take their child away if she does not do what he says,” the court order said...

A lavish lifestyle and built a $550,000 home is ballin ? Hell that barely buys you a brand new 1 bedroom apartment here :( lol

Update: The Jacksonville-based domestic source apparently sold steroids under the "Axio Labs" label...

Brian Wainstein, the guy behind the original Axio Labs, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Tennessee over 6 years ago. He was an international fugitive for almost 3 years before he was arrested in South Africa. And he's been living free in his luxury condo in Cape Town for the past 3 years while fighting extradition to the U.S.

Axio Labs

It's strange that a domestic UGL is selling AAS under this label... Is this guy operating under Wainstein's direction?

Background on the original Axio Labs. I wonder why any current domestic UGL would use the same name as one of the DEA's biggest steroid targets?

Axio Labs and the Long Arm of Steroid Law Enforcement

That's what I'm wondering... I feel like there might be more to the story. Maybe not though, it's just an interesting and odd turn of events for this lab.

Not only is the impersonator selling while the original guy is under investigation in South Africa but it sounds like there was bunk product flying around as well. Why impersonate that brand with all of that going on with the label?

Even if the girlfriend wasn't telling the truth about his sketchy brewing practices, that'd be one more reason to distance himself from that lab name.

That's baller status for most homes in that region, average home is 140k. In SoCal you can get an older home or small town home for that price but nothing baller status. Not bad for being a drug dealer. Based on his lifestyle it sounds like he was well off, better than most in the US.

Two logical possibilities:

1) working under the direction of the original lab (maybe they were part of it from the start).

or

2) hoping to cash in on a name and reputation someone else had previously established.

either way, it was a bad idea

Do you live on Park Avenue in New York? 1 bedroom apartment? Wtf? I have a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath 5300+ square foot house in the southeast US and it appraises around 385.

Canadian house market is very over priced. I'm in Ontario and similar to BC, 500k doesn't get you much.

5300+ Sq ft home here would be starting at a minimum 3 million base.
