That e2 is way too lowPrima 100mg/week . 150 test/week .
Yes, I know the hematocrit levels are high. I have already taken measures.
I don't know what the reason is. maybe it's because I missed a testosterone injection once and took a little more primaThat e2 is way too low
My bad. 125mg test/weekThat e2 is way too low
I would say your e2 is low from the primo. Maybe raise your test amount or lower the primo.I don't know what the reason is. maybe it's because I missed a testosterone injection once and took a little more prima

yeah this dude needs to take aspirin preventatively, hydrate effectively and stay active. Im guessing hes dehydrated. Maybe he fasted for the test like a boomer. You are at risk of a blood clot or stroke. You need to donate blood, drink lots of water, increase cardio, add ip-6 and possibly incorporate Nattokinase. How’s your bp? I would imagine it’s high.
my blood pressure is normal. I regulated it with telmisartan. Can you tell me where I can easily and simply donate blood? I drink about 4-5 liters of waterYou are at risk of a blood clot or stroke. I have an appointment at Red Cross. TomorrowYou are at risk of a blood clot or stroke. You need to donate blood, drink lots of water, increase cardio, add ip-6 and possibly incorporate Nattokinase. How’s your bp? I would imagine it’s high.
I have an appointment at Red Cross. Tomorrow
There are no other ways, only to donate blood, but if they don’t accept my blood, then I don’t know the way out.Good deal. Most areas have a Red Cross where you can donate. My area doesn’t though. We have another option that we use. Donating will only typically drop your crit by 2 points so don’t think you are in the clear simply because you donated. You need a bit of a life style change.
I’m the same way. Just my trt alone raises my rbc to where my doc sends a letter to the blood bank yearly that allows me to donate every week if I want. I don’t do that but it’s nice that if my crit creeps up that I don’t have to wait 6-8 weeks before I’m allowed to donate again.
Look into ip-6 and grape seed extract. I’ve dropped my readings quickly by adding those. Ip-6 generally helps me maintain where I don’t have to donate frequently.
Drink a ton of water between now and your appointment or they may not allow you to donate due to your 59 reading. They use a finger prick meter and it has a +2/-2 accuracy.
How many liters of water did you drink before you did your blood test? There are no other ways, only to donate blood, but if they don’t accept my blood, then I don’t know the way out.
ip-6 and grape seed - How much did your numbers drop?
Maybe 300ml. and approximately 1-1.5 hours beforeHow many liters of water did you drink before you did your blood test?

I eat only clean food, drink a lot of water, take 20-30 thousand steps almost every day and plus cardio.Honestly it’s impossible to tell you how much simply grape seed extract and ip-6 dropped me on their own. I had a reading of 56, donated which dropped me to 54ish and two weeks later after taking ip-6 and grape seed extract I was at a 50. But… during this time I increased my cardio, water intake and cut red meat. Now by simply taking ip-6 and donating every 4 months or so I’m at a healthy safe level. It’s when I slack and don’t donate for 6 months or more I get a scare like you got. It also leads to other health concerns. I can physically tell when my rbc is elevated.

300ml???? Bro drink at least 1 liter before bloodwork. That's nuts. Now wonder your numbers are elevated.Maybe 300ml. and approximately 1-1.5 hours before
