Just like the title says. Barbell squat your body weight as many reps as possible in a single set. Did one today to finish my workout, will upload later. Upload a vid or just post your weight and results.

Me - 215lbs for 28 reps (if i can count...)

Enjoy!

I’m 215 rn too, was this after “ancillary” stuff? Or did you warm up and get right to it

I'll be down to try this. I just finished my last squat session before a deload today. So I'll probably wait until next Saturday to give it a go. I'd like to think I can probably get at least 15 if not closer to 20 @ 315, so hopefully can do 30+ of 205lbs.

Just let us know when it’s done during the workout. Kinda like conventional vs Sumo

I did my full leg workout first. Finished with the squats. I’m on a mini-volume block (break from failure stuff for a bit)
1. Lying leg curl - 5 sets, 8-12 reps
2. Leg Press - ascending to heavy 10 rep set with warmup sets of 10-15
3. Seated Leg Curl 4x8-12
4. Abductor - 3x12–15
5. Extensions - 3x10-12
6. Machine SLDL - 3x12-15
7. AMRAP squat

I feel like doing this prior should be mandatory for this challenge :p

while you were taking your sweet time to respond... I went ahead and did my regular stuff and ended with it

4 sets of leg extension lying ham curl supersets 15-20

2 sets of hacks, 3 plates for 12, 4 for 11

Then the amrap

215lbs got 26

Damnit
I did heavy squats today before you posted this.

Did a AMRAP bench at bodyweight yestersay tho...
Was actually a lot of fun.

Going to hit this challenge in Monday

Not going to compete with the likes of You, @Perrin Aybara or @Brandaddy
You guys are monsters
Will be fun lol

Not sure if this link will work. I did 210 for 26 reps this morning. I wanted 30 reps, but 26 isn’t bad for early morning training with only one meal in me.
After three back surgeries, I can’t squat with a straight bar, so I use the Elite FTS safety squat bar, which weighs either 60 or 65lbs. I’m calling it 60lbs. https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/s...?_encoding=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0&mgh=1
I’ll try again in a few weeks.

So I trained with a couple friends last week and absolutely should’ve taken a video.

315x20. We called the workout after that set. I was sore for a full week. Doesn’t “count” to me cuz I didn’t vid it but proves my body weight set was bullshit.

You could probably hit bodyweight for 40-50 on a good day fresh.

I tried it for bench the other day and got like 33, but got too carried away with speed and wasn't happy with my extension on a lot of the reps.
