I have taken days to comment on this testimony because it makes my brain hurt! [I suppose this might be from a LARGE head!!! Anyone with a hat size >8 is GUILTY of AAS/hGH use. LMAO] I am still beside myself that this expert [nutbag] was allowed to testify. How did any judge deem this as permissible? This type of testimony has absolutely NO scientific basis and this alone is grounds for reversal on appeal should things get to that point. The whole trial is a CIRCUS.

Ha! Doc you're right. I have a 7 7/8 head so I better stop now before it's too late. Of course my head was that size at 16 yrs old, but that wouldn't matter. And since when do we live in a country where the size of a man's head and testicles is suitable for courtroom debate, muchless the 5 o'clock news.
I have seen it, and Doc I think you of all people can relate, When the MACHINE says you're guilty, you're screwed. They don't want to hear anything else about it. Everything else is punative.

Sorry, I got interrupted 3 times before I could finish that last post so I came across a little incoherent. I meant to get to the idea that the so called expert is a joke, just like the whole proceeding. It's like a soap opera production.
Since when is it congress' responsibility to insure fair play and drug tests?
Lots of people have small balls and big heads. What about the ones with small heads and big balls?
I know this is about lying to congress. My beef is that congress got lied to about something that was none of their (legitimate) business.
These kinds of witnesses are there to entertain the jury. The jury is missing out on thier fix of tabloid journalism and who knows with out that they may begin to think complex thoughts, like "why are we hear for this?" or "who cares?".
Oh well. just my 2¢.
