Belly bloat help

Little back story. I'm an experienced user of aas (over 50 yrs old). I have a good number of cycles under my belt. Last few years i just cruise with a blast once or twice a year. I suffer from very little to no sides when using test, just belly bloat. Sustanon is my favorite ester combo. I'm also a type 2 diabetic so insulin use and insulin resistance adds to my belly bloat issue. Doesn't matter if it's 800mg or 200-400mg, belly bloat is always an issue.
So my question is about the dreaded belly bloat. I know e2 is to blame but every time I use an AI my e2 crashed even on low doses and I feel like shit. I've used tren a a few times in the past and it's been the only compound that eliminated the bloat. I did about 280mg tren a with 250 test.
This was from homebrew tren a from cattle pellets.
I recently started a blast of 420 test, 350 mast p, and 280 tren a. I'm almost a week into the cycle and I'm noticing slightly less bloat in the morning but the moment I eat anything...bam!
I can't take tren a indefinitely. And this is my first go with mast p. I'm hoping this combo will be the secret recipe.
Maybe from here my cruise dosages can be 1:1 test and mast?
Any insight from others with this issue would be a great help. Yes, I well aware poor diet can contribute to bloating. I've tried it to no avail.

Also I believe tren aided greatly in digestion. Food is absorbed faster and more efficiently. Food doesn't sit in the gut and cause spill over from intestines to belly. Less then a week into my cycle I've already noticed better digestion.

I have a question… is that you in your profile pic, like now, over the age of 50 ?
That was my last blast. This was me a few weeks ago. Should be just a few more weeks and I'll be back to that pic then hopefully adding a little more. I've been completely out of the gym for about 1 1/2 yrs and just taking a cruise dose. Finally able to get back in the gym due to chronic pain issues.

Chronic pain - joints?

I’ve come to fully believe belly bloat is just digestion related. (I’m vast majority of cases)

I haven’t found low dose Tren (which I run successfully as ancillary to my main AAS) does much there. Probably a false correlation you drew at time. (As we all tend to do now and then)

I will say some orals like Anadrol slow my digestion down and do have an impact. Certainly Semaglutide if are trying to bulk.

What has helped the most is balancing calories to achieve slow steady tissue growth over time while maintaining caloric and macro balances.

I don’t compete but am powerful and strong for my age with a six pack and striations. (Bench is back over 350 for sets of 15 now.)

I don’t lift heavy anymore, tired of the two steps forward 3 steps back dance with injuries. Wish I had never lifted heavy and set my ego aside to lift more like Jay Cutler in my 20s.

Often “clean” foods like chicken and other proteins make it worse because they take so much time to digest.

I only take bulking calories/macros on lifting days and day prior now. 3 days a week I let that drop to deficit (2750-3000) and give my digestion a rest.

Mornings and deficit days I have the old Arnold waist. Soon as I pile in the food it starts to blow up. Part of being big and powerful, but older.

I no longer bulk and cut. It’s faster in putting on tissue, but feels harder to maintain over 45.

Whats your cruise protocol? 350 for 15 is no joke

Ya, I'm thinking diet is gonna be a big role here. I love being able to eat pretty much what ever I want but looks like I need to make a change. Start eating cleaner with a carb load once maybe twice a week. Tren has proven a no-go this cycle...to old. Fuck panic attacks

Oddly… on blast I’m at 350 Tren E and get next to Zero sides. I know it is legit because I have batch tested my raws and brew with Jano.

Only do weekly injections due to work travel. I simply won’t risk traveling with anything but Orals to break plateaus which airports don’t care about.

Also explains why I do long ester compounds

I can handle a lot. Panic attacks are a no-go. If you've ever had a true panic attack you'd know what I mean. I'm gonna stick with 350 test p and 350 mast p. So far it's been great. Lost a lot of subcutaneous water and I'm loving the results. I'm 248lbs and have decided gaining more size isn't a priority anymore. If I can get leaner and add enough size to still be over 240, I'm good with that.
Over 50 and I'll never be a bodybuilder. Now I just want to be as healthy as I can and still be able to cycle. I love this lifestyle. I need it for my metal health. Taking almost 2 years off showed me I need this!

Oh brother. You are right about that. Had them. Prednisone. Some bone headed doc prescribed me 75 mg/day back in my 20s.

Only time in my life I found myself sitting with head in hands asking my ex wife if I was going crazy. (After hitting a door frame so hard I split it 2 feet up and down)

You are doing the right thing. Do what makes you feel good and provides long term health. I’m no longer concerned with benching 500+. If I can do 150-200 lbs less for higher reps and more size that is my goal.

Wish I had given up my ego in my 20s and 30s and lifted lighter for more reps and size than strength. Wouldn’t have the tendonitis/Tendonosis and bursitis issues I do now.

Have you seen a GI ?
Ya, there's a lot of issues at play here. Diabetes meds, pain meds, having to eat constantly to maintain size. Basically I need to rebuild a healthy gut biome. I also have some nerve damage from diabetes which makes holding my gut in difficult.
I need to reduce inflammation as well. I know this will only come with diet changes. It's always been hard for me to stay on a reduce diet for long periods. If I could be happy dropping to say 220lbs this would be easier. But, right now I'm gonna try to do it and maintain over 240...if I can.

Ya I left my ego lifts behind when I was 20. 535x7 squat, 405x3 bench. I've learned you can grow at much much lower weight without risk of injuries. Had a small quad tear...that was enough. Repping over 1100 on the hip sled thinking I was a badass lol.

Ya lifting lighter is a bitch. Not about ego for me - I just dont feel like I'm putting in the work nor do I get the "juice" from going lighter. It is what it is. Over 50 it's either go light or go home. The heavy weights eventually cost you constantly

I just increase intensity and do reps where I hold for a second or 2 then slow down on the negative motion. I'm not sure of the exact nomenclature but slow on the return stroke.

Good advice and I do that. We used to just call that "the negative" portion of the lift. I still feel like a cyclist whenever I go light hahaha

This has been instrumental in my going lighter but carrying muscle. I still do 3-5 second down counts on all resistance exercises
