Yeah, looks like a few went high and those are the ones that get into your shoulders. Just work on that descent, especially the first one as it's the most likely to be off. Tuck the elbows a little a concentrate on a lower bar path. Helps a little to stare up kind of where you want the bar to go, so maybe lower your gaze a little.

Twice a week is going to be better than once. Are you varying the reps and sets each day? That's going to be the way to go. If you're doing 6x3 with an AMRAP one day do something like 3x6 no AMRAP with less weight on the other day. Just an example, but you get the idea. You could do incline or close grip instead as well. Just something to change it up a bit, but still a press of some kind. Experiment a little and see what works for you.

I did a light day with pause reps and bands and was going to continue to do that. I have also always did heavy dumbbell inclines after benching. I enjoy them especially going heavier than rest of people around:). This might be adding to much volume, i might skip this net time. I got the 285 for 6x3 but last one was hard as hell, but I got it without a spot.
I took a video of the 3rd set, I was wondering if a few of the more experienced contributors would mind critiquing it?

If it's a faceless video you can post it up here if it's got your face id send it via PM to the guys you'd like to critique it, pretty much any powerlifting guy here would be happy to help with that. Also ya I'd try and get that bar about an inch and a half lower on your chest for better shoulder positioning and it'll give you a better path to push with

That works, too.

I don't know that I'm all that experienced, but I don't mind taking a look and giving you an opinion. If your face isn't in it, just post it up like @RodgerThat said. Since joining Meso I've become a master of face hiding camera angles, lol.

I'd create a YouTube account then you can just send a PM with the video linked to it. That's what me and several other guys do when we are sending videos to eachother
