Also ya I'd try and get that bar about an inch and a half lower on your chest for better shoulder positioning and it'll give you a better path to push withI did a light day with pause reps and bands and was going to continue to do that. I have also always did heavy dumbbell inclines after benching. I enjoy them especially going heavier than rest of people around. This might be adding to much volume, i might skip this net time. I got the 285 for 6x3 but last one was hard as hell, but I got it without a spot.
