Started today, after one week off, I did a super set of pull ups and diamond push ups on the push up bar (4 sets) and chin ups and dips (4 sets).
I was pretty much destroyed after that, did 4 sets of hanging leg raises and went home.
Looking for Ebooks/instructional YT Channels/ advice on a routine.
