Best Combination for Mass and Strength

What is the best combination of non-steroid supplements for mass and strenght gains. I gained about 45 lbs. just by eating a lot, lifing and adding some protein shakes in between my daily meals. What else could I do to add more muscles to my big frame. THanks guys....
 
Well it sounds like you have the diet part figured out, keep up with the protein shakes, you could try adding creatine to the mix. Really protein/creatine is about all that is out there that is non-steroidal that is proven to work. You could try some natural test boosters if you would like, works for some people.
 
One guy said that I should combine Creatine, Glutamine and Protein at the same time. What do you think of that? How good is Glutamine?

Personally I dont think glutamine is worth the money at all, better spent on food. But thats just my opinion, I never noticed anything from it.

My friends wife has you beat. .. after the baby she gained 56lbs.

Damnnn, now i will have to use some juice too. By the way I love to eat, and I could gain another 50 lbs. of fat easily. It's just hard to gain some quality lbs.

Workout and suppliment your fat calories for carbs and protein ... some good fats too of course. Stop the fastfood. listen to me telling you to stop fastfoods lol someone should tell me to stop fastfoods
