Best compound to stack with tren for lean dry muscle gains

What would be the best compound to stack to test and tren cycle for maximizing lean muscle gain ? I’m looking to a recomp.

First 12 weeks
Test 500mg/week
Tren 400mg/week

Second 12 weeks
Test 250mg/week
Tren 100mg/week

I don’t want compound that just increase water retention and glycogen , I want real muscle gain.
As per my research Mast would not be good for gaining size but 600mg/week of primo would ?

Do you already have primo on hand? If not it will be hard to get… unless you already have it, I would chose a different compound until prices come down and supply returns.

I hate to sound boring, but I would run EQ @ 600/week that entire 24 weeks. It will add muscle without the water and make your veins pop. Great choice for a lean bulk/recomp- just keep and eye on blood pressure. Also EQ is available and budget friendly.

Now that being said, you would have to up the test if you go the EQ route- especially the last 12 weeks so you don’t crash your estro.
 
You’re aware that 400 mg of Tren is basically equivalent to 1.2 grams of test
Yeah I did it two years ago for 12 weeks , best I ever looked. Bloods were surprisingly fine. Only issue was blood pressure started going up so I started reducing dosage and stayed on for another 12weeks and then pct and off everything, at this point bloods were healthy and balls started super quick .
Your adding carbs to get leaner?
Goal is to recomp man . Please read properly. I don’t want to loose weight … I want to drop fat, huge difference. As I gain size and muscle my BMR goes up so I will add calories as I get leaner to keep making gains

Tren boost my appetite , I’m always hungry regardless on juice or off lol . Trust me eating is not a problem.

What changes do u recommend on diet for recomp ?

your fats are critically low. lower protein/carbs a little and add in some more fats until u reach 30-40g. just so you can function.

As someone who can gain muscle and fat easy I keep the fats down in 20-25 range and do pretty well with it. It seems to help keep me from getting fat too quickly and keeps my ldl & triglycerides super low which is important when you have familial hypercholesterolemia.

I do get an extra like 7-8 grams of fat from supplements, 5 of those coming from fish oil. That 25-30 isn't direct fat sources either, it's whatever come along with chicken breast, oatmeal and rice.

If he's feeling sluggish though physically or mentally raising the fats a little could help.
 
220gprotien 250gcarb 20gfat, adding carbs and fats as I get leaner to keep gaining or maintaining weight as I loose body fat.
When I recomp, I do something similar to this. It’s so nice not force feeding or starving yourself… during recomps I feel GOOD.

I leave bulking for Fall and cutting for Spring. Winter and Summer are good for recomps.

this recomp dosent exist in my dictionairy.

its been bulk&cut for the last decade or so. there is only forward, no way back

You can't lose and gain at the same time. Your watching to many YouTube videos or something.
 
we are not, he has been here for 5 years. he isnt some fucking kid thats running tren for the first time. neither does running a moderate dose of tren make you a 90's bodybuilder and you better believe they lied about their dosages.

let him fucking run tren for 400mg if he want to why are u pushing low dosing bullshit.

Test 500mg/week
in my experience:

300 tren week
500 test week
30 mg daily stanozolo
300 / 400 masteron week

This was the protocol that gave me the most volume and the most separation/definitio at the same time. I also added a minimal dose of letrozole, because the mast blocks E2 similarly to Nolvadex, but it doesn't prevent aromatization. I was also using 0.25 mg prolactin on Monday and Thursday.

ok now im not tired. i said 400mg not 2g. where did you read 2g? i told him to up his testosterone and add something to offset the estrogen. he very well might have ended up upping his test from 500mg to 750mg + an ai

are u really so scared of a 250mg increase? sorry but can u understand why i dont wanna reply to you lmao

starting high doses then going lower doesnt make sense
start very low and increase as you need it but i think you would be surprised how little you will need for a recomp if you havent used gear or trained in awhile (im assuming)

trt until lean, blast through bulk always.

hgh and trt preserves muscle while cutting.

this is always my tip, we are in a permanent offseason until ready to go pro. since we aren't pro or planning to go pro we should do this to put as much size on as possible
