Best cycle for female distance

Hello! I am a distance runner and I run anywhere from the 800-5k. My best events are the mile/1500 and the 2 mile/3k. I have experimented with steroids in the past, EQ and anavar. I did not have good results- they made me put on mass and have horrible calf cramps. I was thinking to take gh for the recovery benefits, but I am unsure of how to cycle it. I wanted to add a bit of test to the mix, but I am unsure of how I would dose that as a female/what the effects would be. I was leaning toward a testosterone cream but I am unsure. Any help is welcome!

Unfortunately no-one is going to give you the best cycle as it really depends on you/where you are at. Here are some guidelines to help you find what might be best for you at this time:

As a middle distance runner, other than the obvious metrics such as high capciity for training + anaerobic/aerobic/VO2 max, metrics that aren't discussed by the bro bodybuilders on this steroid forum that you need to prioritize:
-maintaining your elasticity/reactive force production over long periods (your race distance)
-power outputs relative to bodyweight (similar to elasticity to some degree) but concentric force production vs. your body weight is a good metric (should help with your kick part of the race)

Any compounds that are detrimental to the above metrics (elasticity usually is what gets impacted negatively with too high doses of drugs btw) will actually hurt your performance. Track/X country is a sport that is very specific to the task of track/cross, therefore you need to be training at/near race intensities pretty much for the majority of the year. If compounds negatively impact your ability to train, likely you need to dial back your protocol so you can train properly.

Not to overcomplicate, but here are some things to consider:
-lower the dose of anavar, maybe you won't experience the shin splints but still receive the recovery + tendon strengthening benefits of anavar (having strong and elastic tendons as they are key as a runner as they are a must to achieving high rates of elastic strength, tendons also don't get lactic + allow you to produce more force in short ground contacts required in running)
-Also maybe try supplementing taurine (usually the default answer when symptoms of shin splits/back pain are present with anabolics)
-Other anabolics similar to anavar that promote tendon recovery benefits, just be very careful and do not dose too high. As a runner, less is honestly more.
-HGH (tendon health + recovery + work capacity)
-Other peptides that assist in similar mechanisms
-weight loss aids that don't severely impact your ability to recover + train (improve relative force production)
-Increasing RBC (EPO, test, etc...) this is more dangerous though, especially running test as a female

There is a reason why most BB bros even though they have high RBC and crazy concentric strength, amazing training mentality/ethic, suck at running anything from 100m and above. Elasticity is one of the key abilities that can be negatively impacted from too much BB training + drug use.
