best fat loss techniques

Was wondering what you had success with. I am interested in what worked for you for fat loss. What worked diet and exercise wise. Not so much using clen,DNP, etc.
 
I just rode my bike 10-15mi a day, rain or shine, tired or not for 6wks. I did try dnp and that shit works too! When you get off of it you remember how good you usually feel!
 
Honestly i like to run a few times a week but mainly for cardio health. I eat pretty darn clean but if i wanted to ramp up fat loss id go one of two ways. 1) fasted cardio 4-6 ×/week 2) if schedule wise #1 doesnt work id do complexes or farmer walks for 10 minutes post weights
 
I've been doing fasted workouts/ cardio first thing in the morning, coupled with 500mcg ×2 frag 171-196. Haven't changed caloric intake and leaning out nicely.

Eating clean, lifting mean, and drinking lots of water, and make sure you SLEEP. If You you aren’t sleeping, cortisol will rise and fat loss will stall. Make sure your last meal is atleast 1.5-2hrs before bed. No midnight snacking.(We all know midnight snacking ends up being sweets anyhow.) hope this helps.

This is the best advice I can give to someone asking for advice other than dnp. In Reality, dnp shouldn’t be used unless your diet and weight training is locked and loaded anyhow. Best way to lose fat is a lifestyle change and SAFE increase in caloric expenditure that place you in a deficit
