Best way(s) to intentionally fail a TRT test?

Hydrocodeine or any pain pill taken several days before test day will lower testosterone levels .

When I got on TRT 4 yrs ago my Doc asked me if I had used pain pills earlier that week ; I said no and he put me on test-c .
Definitely kills test with out fucking with estro or LH. It has to be opiate painkillers. But do you wanna risk getting getting hooked on opiates? Not worth it imho

I don't advocate the use of pain meds unless absolutely necessary ; I've seen plenty of lives screwed up from abuse .

But the question was how to lower testosterone levels and this was my answer .

And not everyone has a prob with them , I never did , I never liked them ...
 
My brother ran winny for 10 days stopped 6 days prior to test and bingo.
They did question his liver values but assumed it was the meds he was on.
I like the idea of using non-test, non-aromatising aas for a week or so. That's a good plan. Var may be easier on the liver.
 
Deca Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate):

Alternative to the Deca route:
Here I've taken a method tried by one of the members on this site and examining it further as to why it worked.

1) A week without hanky panky.

Researchers found that abstaining from ejaculation for six days had no impact on serum testosterone levels. On the seventh day, serum testosterone levels peaked to 145.7% of baseline, and then declined rapidly on the eighth day.(1,2)

2) Stay up playing XBox.

Testosterone production and release occurs during Sleep and Sleep deprivation may lead to lower serum levels of Testosterone.

4) Why go early? You got all day!

The time of day of blood sampling is an important consideration, however, and a blood sample drawn in the morning between 0800 and 1000h is generally recommended. There is a diurnal variation in testosterone in adult men, with highest levels in the early morning, followed by a progressive decline throughout the day, reaching the lowest levels in the evening and during the first few hours of sleep. Nadir values are approximately 15% lower than morning values, although the differences can be as much as 50% (3)

This I can attest for, I had blood work done twice in one day. My first test was done at 11am and my Total Testosterone came back at 423. Second test was done 5 hours later at 4pm and my levels came back as 269. This was on a 262-1531 scale. Free testosterone was unchecked.

5) A little alcohol never killed anyone, so make sure you drink allot!

Drinking no more than 3 drinks will keep you from having a testosterone dive.
So according to Tom Incledon and hundreds of other studies, binge drinking will destroy testosterone levels like no other. So loosen up and take a night out, just make sure it's a Testosterone only test and not a full chem lab so it doesn't throw up any red flags.


6) You are what you eat.

Cutting your calorie intake by more than 15 percent makes your brain think you're starving, so it shuts down testosterone production to wait out the famine. "There's no need to reproduce if you're starving," explains Thomas Incledon of Human Performance Specialists in Plantation, Fla.

Since you're trying to aggressively lower your testosterone you will want to stay away from high proteins and fatty foods. Consequently having too much protein in your diet could negatively effect your testosterone. We'll look at a few foods that encourage testosterone production in attempts to stay away from them for a few days.

1) OYSTERS
WHAT'S INSIDE: Protein, magnesium, lots of zinc
2) LEAN BEEF
WHAT'S INSIDE: Protein, iron, magnesium, zinc, saturated fat
3) BEANS

Testosterone Levels after Cigarette Smoking.
Baseline Testosterone Levels in the Nicotine Groups. Baseline testosterone levels averaged 478.2 ± 38.45 ng/dl in the high nicotine cigarette group and 454.2 ± 37.3 in the low nicotine cigarette group, and these values were not significantly different. Baseline testosterone levels averaged 550.5 ± 30.1 ng/dl.
Also, there were no significant differences in baseline testosterone levels before high nicotine cigarette smoking.

Conclusion here is that cigarettes aren't the best way to lower your testosterone, in fact they might not even effect it all that much so unless you're into smoking a doobie every now and than, go ahead and bypass this.
 
If you got the money, TRT is a given. And, even most "clinics" will just provide TRT no matter the labs. They want the money. They could care less about your health.
Agree, getting TRT is the easy part. You have the means you have the script. Finding a doc to give a fuck about your health while prescribing TRT is the challenge.

If you're successful in finding this doc, then blasting under his care becoming the challenge.

I doubt they'd test for it, but deca will show up in your system for a long time...

this is correct methadone, Suboxone, all opiods lower sperm and test. that's a fact. hate to see you turn to opiod addict like me.but that's why my test is low enuff field trt. my test was 189
after doing some under dosed test got it up to 1400. free 450
so if I quit Suboxone and a.a.s. I may have decent levels but : I can't stop either at moment I'm on a quest to be the best bodybuilder in the world or die trying. goodluck with trt.

Ya but the only thing that sucks about using ugl for trt is you never know exactly what its dosed at. Unless you buy a bunch at one time an ask the source if it all came from the same batch. Then you can do bloods an adjust your dose accordingly. Ugl is always a gamble for trt unless you can get ahold of some pharma grade an lets face it, that fuckin shit is expensive!!!

I agree. My goal is to gain a prescription via my regular doctor. I have a couple of friends doing the "men's wellness" clinic routine. They average $240 per month for Test-C, A.I., HCG and their routine blood tests. The irony is most of their labs have them coming in the middle/high range. I don't think any of their tests have been over 1000 for total testosterone.
$240 a month to have average test levels? I am hoping my regular doc will approve me and the cost be a fraction of clinics.
 
I wanted to share the results of my labs. I took the guidance in this thread as follows:
1. 250+/- mgs of Hydrocodone the 5th and 4th days prior to testing. Had it from a prior injury.
2. I fasted for 18 hours prior to testing.
3. I had a few beers around 16 hours prior to testing.
4. Intentionally did not obtain sufficient sleep the 2 nights prior to testing.

At the last minute I decide not to take any AAS to assist my strategy. I was concerned of what could show up in the lab results to my doc.

Only my total testosterone was tested, it was 236. Sort of makes me wonder where it would have been if I had not tried to tank it.
