lvl 1 mean - bulk distributor, its mean if on website written contact of representative in your country, you must buy there BULK order if you are retail reseller. example: if you are from russia and want to buy products from fabric in russia, you must contact to BULK distributor in that region, not to fabric. thats what mean lvl 1. if you think that on official website lvl 1 contacts for ordering in retail you are totally wrong. there are no retail shops. my shop is one retail source there, thats why it is lvl 2, bcuz you can buy retail from me. thats all. also if you can see there is no any contacts on US and EU, fabric do not want place there contacts on EU and USA, maximum it is "worldwide" written there.
also if you think you can order from fabric on 10 000$ - you are wrong one more time. to have their time you must write for minimum "i have money on order first time 100 000-200 000$" MINIMUM, and not sure you will have answer. fabric not sell on 10-20-30t $... it is not home brew shit.
