What are you thinking about purchasing? Peptides usually come in lyophilized powder and must be reconstituted first using bacteriostatic water. You should do some research if this is your first time.

Correct. While in powder form, store in freezer. Once reconstituted place in fridge. Get an app like PeptideCalc. Use it to assist with dosage which is dependent upon how much BAC you decide to add.
