I saw I have received the money yesterday, they were sent from visa limited and no order id so it is good you sent me email with the payment slip so I could match the order.Hi bg, I placed order #19084 on November 29th, payment was made, details were sent via proton from two different my account with no confirmation response.

I have always refunded the missing item if you contacted me. I can refund you, just email me with the missing items.Have placed several orders with BG over the years so I wanna give my feedback.
The good stuff: great selection, quality products, and fair pricing. Packages always arrive.
The bad stuff: 0/0 comms, messages go ignored for weeks/forever. Several orders were missing items I ordered and when I brought up to BG, I just get ignored. No warning given prior to shipment if items were out of stock. No return of funds for missing items. Orders take too long to ship out (have waited over 10 days on one occasion).
Overall, a source I might still use but customer service is terrible.
