Bicep Tendinitis and Gear

I was thinking a week and test just based on his age he still is young enough to heal. Basically a week give it a small go any pain guess what another week. MRI is right but sometimes we dont want to know do we haha.

However for most committed bbers i doubt they have the mindset to sit on their thumbs that long. if mine doesnt heal by this next cycle, ill hop on... and possibly when i have a knee surgery in March/May ill let that hoe heal.
On one hand I have to look at healing from a injury as a case of dedicated discipline. discipline is needed to overcome it

well it all depends to whether is rolls over from being acute to chronic. chronic is a nagging injury that has exceeded one month. at that point ice , rest , nsaids are kind of sidelined.. and we need to work on stretching, supination, strenghting, and ART release more. and changing from anypainfull movements into grips posistions that do not hurt.. and heat..

If I'm not good in a couple weeks I may get an MRI (depending on cost and if my insurance will pay) to see the extent of the damage or imflammation)

Until then, I have to treat it like its the worst

Still kinda messing with the idea of TB500, I just don't know who actually has legit tb500 that isn't out of this world expensive

do you have a pool you have access to with inlet jets, they work wonders, i use 15 min post work out ed.. or on my 6 day split rather.

let me ask you this. if you grab a cutting board, and a butcher knife, and cut a apple or a hard something down the middle with the afflicted arm, does that set if off???

I have an inground pool with a jet

and with the cutting board thing, I doubt that would be enough to aggravate it..

also possibly letting a PT try active release and poke around in it would be a good idea. find a hot one. i like when she lubes my entire arm and works the whole thing over. i think about dirty things. then you can copy the technique ooooo

Hey i can still curl 35 #s without setting it off... but i cant cable chest flys with 10's or even cut a apple. it just hits that spot just perfectly. thats how i gauge how messed up or how healed i am, is cutting chicken breasts up in the am.. sounds dumb ..but ...

use those jets bro..make that arm flap around under water like you just jumped out a plane

Its suppose to get up to 93 today, I probably will do some cardio and leg work, fuck my calves up then relax in the pool next to the jet

Oh I meant to tell ya, I look at some videos on youtube about accu pressure point release for the golfers elbow.. gonna try to incorporate that as well

I bit the bullet and bought 10 2mg vials of tb500 from pepbridge because I have read so many positive things.

If i need to buy more I will but 20mg should last atleast 6 weeks dosing 1-4 4mg 5-6 2mg then I will reassess and see where I am at.

I am getting desperate to be 100% again, and hopefully, this will take care of other small nagging injuries I have.

Just a small update. I woke up today with no pain today. Lets see if I can keep this going.

Still not using the arm, and I still will run tb500. Looks like I will pinning tb500 for my first ever pin

thats good. dont re aggravate it. . mines doing better too. now its just my knee, and possible knee surgery i gots to worry about

I'm about twenty months removed from surgery for a full tear of my left distal bicep tendon suffered during a powerlifting meet.

Fully healed now but it was an expensive and time consuming injury. Probably best to give it a couple of weeks of complete rest and then start back. If it is still bothering you get an MRI.

This is the plan..

Basically, my TB500 should be in Monday I will begin that maybe run it for 2 week then get bloodwork done for precycle then maybe start working my chest again and start SLOWLY getting myself used to the workouts...Probably wont lift bicep or any pulling motion for atleast a month after the tb500...then if I feel good fucking time to cycle. At this point, I am hoping to start by the the end of Sept. or October...might have be the hulk for halloween :O

Plan looks solid. Good luck!
