@BigBearLabs what/how many samples did you send in?
I’m guessing the deca that “will be in stock soon” isn’t being sent in, of course... but you are still gonna offer it on your list for sale when you stock it?
Or are you sending it out for testing and will wait for the report to come back before it’s back on the price list?
Another thing, you come here as an amateur home brewer with sterile vials and syringe filtering. (I don’t knock that for an average home brewer because that’s how I do it myself).
Now you claim to be upsizing and filtering on a bigger scale.
I’d like to see pics of this new set up, filter, vials, stoppers, caps, crimpers, along with that flow hood and anything else you can think of to convince me you’re ready for this next step!
When should I check back to see all that? Tomorrow? This weekend? Next month?
Don’t wait on us, we’ll wait on you... Thanks for your patience with us all while you’re transitioning...
Everything is currently being updated so within a month we will be moved over to crimping and purchased a new dispenser with inline filters which was bought just awaiting delivery. The deca will not be tested this go around but I can have that tested as well. Everything is available for sale even if it hasn’t had me personally send it out for 3rd party testing. Honest timeline to moving over to better labels and crimped vials would be less than 30 days. This next brew will be the last brew done with pre sterilized vials.
Sterilization:
Bleach then peroxide inside the hood work area.
Use 500ml beaker add in product, bb and oil. Use light heat 100 degrees. Stir until mixture is completely clear. Remove from heat add BA and stir thoroughly. Let mixture cool. Observe for particulates and crystallization. Filter. Observe for particulates. Use 60ml syringe with 18g needle to fill each vial. Check for particulates and crystallization again. Wipe with alcohol pads and label.
