I don't really consider drug dealing, trafficking or such as a crime to judge someone incorrectly. I think if its a crime that involved the action of adults with capable making decisions and they ultimately decided together to act upon the act mutually then that was the risk they took themselves.

If shipped from a licensed pharmacy or compounding pharmacy and you have a script, it's totally legal I do believe.
30 days vs 90 days for Schedule III is different than Schedule IV & V. I'd have to look up specifics and states can vary as well.

Ben has done more for this board and community than anyone I know. He has always called it as he sees it, and he has always been correct. More than likely because of his background he knows a scammer when he sees one, because that was an essential skill for survival. In his world if you acted like 90% of the sources out there, you'd disappear within a few months.

I use to do exactly what he was doing back in 2003 for awhile until I started getting deployed etc... Anyway no disrespect to him as he remained active when I could not so its a hard job calling out others however some do it for unknown reasons like freebies etc etc however again not saying he did this as I do not think I remember him... However I do know the game and I know many old dealers that are still around and I know many that are not and that goes for the regular BBer who would buy enough to pay for his own amounts and they even love picking on these guys... Bottom line reason is they talk... If you say you will never say a word, then you haven't been either arrested or have not been for a serious offense like they have made gear out to be...
The laws on gear are completely out of line with what they do... Hell smoking does worse to ones body then gear, and how many gear heads have you heard breaking into houses or car jacking just to get their test enanthate... I hate how the laws reflect that gear is a problem that creates other illegal problems and that just isn't the case, period.... They government governs to its people alcohol, cigarettes, and now in a lot of states, and soon to be all IMO Mary Jane... However Gear which use to be prescribed by the doctor when I was a older teenager with no problems and this was a much better choice then smoking all those years or drinking for gods sake....
I just wanted to say never say never because one cant say what they will do now that the gear laws are so dang serious that they look at you as a meth dealer, which is pure BS...

If its LE he was dangerous and has already done the damage, if he was just picked up then the security by blocking his IP helps but the back ups are already in action Im sure no matter if he was LE or picked up by them and talking... You would do just about anything when they say you will only see your kids through a glass or bars for the next 10 plus years and that's if he has no other major records... If he was picked up with a double felony then he may be in for the ride of his life... Wanted to add after further reading is that this guy sounds like a solid bro and I as most of you say, hope he is going to be ok... Don't count the bro out yet as I know of a local guy who was a gym owner who dealt and he told me that LE came to him and told him they had him on tape selling to an informant... I told him not to worry as they would have already arrested him if they had this but I was wrong... Well maybe I was right because the next thing you know he gets busted and it was another guy he knew that came in wanting some stuff and he sold it to him all on tape... I don't think they originally had him on tape like I said but thinking he would fold they told him that, but the mistake he made was stopping for a long while after they came in the first time... They got him the second time and that time they really did have a tape... He got off on probation however the fines were what got him...
Moral of the story is if you feel that somethings up, then follow your instincts... I personally dodged a bullet (well literally lol too but talking about getting popped by LE)...

UPS and FedEx can open and examine any pack you leave with them without a search warrant and this is fact... So you take risks either way and honestly I always felt USPS was safer IMO... USPS Postal Inspector can get a warrant almost instantly. I know from personal experience.
He/she can also open your mail just by suspecting it's dangerous bomb, poison (think powders), etc...

That is how they can get a warrant is by suspecting it has something illegal or a threat however it is a must that they have it before its opened but like you said all it takes is a phone call.... This also has to be done by the postal inspector or other form of law enforcement, the average mail man cannot open the package... USPS still IMO is one of the safest ways to go and honestly when we order from overseas it normally goes through that countries shipping methods then heads to the USA through the USPS... I worked for UPS one time when I was younger and remember a few times that the supervisors would just walk up and look at a pack that was labeled from a pharmaceutical company etc and open on the spot, no questions asked just a random inspection... I also had two supervisors that found a box full of cash once and even a box of mary jane, not sure if all the money or drugs made it to the LE but I know it was handed over for investigation...
The only bad thing about USPS is that if you have a US Postal box it only accepts mail from the USPS, they wouldn't accept fedex or UPS... Now a UPS store box will accept them all and I used one for many years before being deployed.... I personally have had money lost by UPS where the tracking number went to a certain location then vanished... And trust me my method of concealment was spotless... Not sure if it was found and given up or stolen by an employee, who knows... Also had a package I sent one time to a friend through fedex and it arrived at the UPS store box that he had and the package was refused because it was leaking... It was opened by fedex and when I called about it they said they couldn't say any more about it and I befriended the man and told him that all it was is printer ink and he read me what the report stated and it stated "turned over to DEA to be destroyed" that is when I called Rick Collins and was told to not worry unless I get contacted by LE which never happened and that was well over 10 years ago... I even had some close "using" officials keep an eye out for my name and they never heard a peep... Even my friend where it went to never had a problem... It was water based so it wasn't oily... Scared me to death though lol... the lost money hurt me worse then that... I will not mention how much but lets say that a lot of folks probably don't make it in a month...
