Been doing the reclining bike and I sweat like a pig on it, whereas on the treadmill, I don't even break a sweat. I'm assuming bike is easier, but since you can peddle faster, you could burn just as many calories. I'm sure you burn more walking, as you're carrying your bodyweight over a long distance (1.5 miles in 30 mins) at 3mph, but I bike 6 miles in 30 mins, and I feel less fatigue than walking (knees, shins, feet).
You guys think the bike is a good thing to do over the treadmill? I know the step mill is probably the most caloric-burning activity, but for me, I don't want to burn out too quick, as I'm doing 5-6 cardio sessions a week.
