The calorie figure is going to be VASTLY overstating your burn given how efficient you would have become at these forms of exertion as well.

If you try and stay with this program, you will get nowhere. Too many badly calibrated inputs and pilot overcorrections will just mean you have no control over the aircraft.

I think you're missing the point if I understand the OP correctly. The cycling is a non-negotiable given. His unique challenge is to build and maintain LBM without giving up cycling conditioning.

Insanity? Of course. But I think bodybuilders might know a thing or two about insanity.
 
I didn't mean for this to get off topic. I really want to get along with everyone. No denying I'm an idiot on this topic, but I think we all were at one time. I'm here to learn, and trying to find what's going to fit me best. Backing off of exercising so much is really hard on me. Getting up and going to the gym, walking at noon, and getting on the bike in the evening is just my routine, and I still struggle keeping a toned body. I'm just that guy that can put on fat weight really easy.
