Stretch you bicycle too? Got that lifter-good cardio shape look to you! Did not like cardio until my 1st bike! Its a great combo to go with lifting!
I don't. I boxed when I was younger, and I now I mess around at an MMA gym 3 nights/week.
But when I train, I move at a really fast pace. I hit it very very hard. I'm a very intense person. If I had a nickel for every time I've been told to "calm down" I'd have a nice Vegascation saved up right now.
Rather than resting between workouts on leg day, I will alternate between pullups, or pushups.
So that circuit training style of strength training, combined with the 3 days (6 hours) of MMA training has done a really nice job of cutting me up. I'm sure the seemingly unlimited supply of AAS and GH has helped a little too.
