Hey I think it was you that I was talking to about my complete tendon rupture on my left elbow! Done while benching had surgery 6 weeks ago things going well but slow! Anyways told surgeon my right elbow has been bothering me more than usual since im left handed and had cast then brace and of course can5 really use yet! Anyways last friday they did an mri on right elbow which in 2010 had same injury same way except when it blew I was half way up with it! Spotter didnt catch it as it blew and weight came down and ripped my peck resulting in 2 surgeries to fix both! Surgeon called today said it bad frayed and not much holding it on so have apt friday to see surgeon! At 53 dont know how many comebacks I have left but still a couple! Lol! Its going to be a long winter!

Damn, How much was on the bar? I only bench in my power cage now, I feel I have less of a chance to get injured

Then upon being scammed, and learning that I should google: "name of source + scam" before ordering from ANYWHERE. Well after a month of creating new handles and spamming everywhere I could find with the information that BigA would rob them. (Surely my posts were sincere, but were dismissed as "shilling", but I didn't realize this at the time, I was brand new) I finally googled the name of the source that scammed me, plus the word "scam" and a thread at MesoRx popped up. It was like 4 years old, I was so mad that I hadn't found MesoRx sooner.

Everytime I think I have a source I do this exact same thing and am disappointed once again. Been happening for years. Hence, I've never done a cycle. Sure there are the selective scammers that some are willing to take a chance on but I've never gotten to the point where I was willing to take that chance.

So that circuit training style of strength training, combined with the 3 days (6 hours) of MMA training has done a really nice job of cutting me up. I'm sure the seemingly unlimited supply of AAS and GH has helped a little too.

You look great, especially for being that tall. It's tough to add mass the taller you are and it sounds like genetics were against you for getting lean. I'm the opposite I've always been lean and vascular but had a tough time adding the mass. Since I've been adding mass all my vascularity is gone but I'm okay with that because I'm not in a cutting phase.

So here's my question, how do I get an unlimited supply of AAS and GH for free too?

Getting scammed isn't that big of a deal, really. It's part of the process, like a tax. Only scammers won't use the loot to enforce stupid laws like politicians will. They just take the money and run.

I always wondered why he was so weirded about taking his shirt off during the summer. It all made sense once I found out. But I completely agree with you. one thing to make a quick buck with something harmless but to screw someone over for life is a completely different thing. From what I know he's had it removed before but it grows back.
