Bioniche Test C/Test P/Genotropin

it's not gay if balls don't touch. or so my boyfriend tells me. :D

i'm trying to decide what to do now. i'm thinking i'll switch back to the bioniche (test C), with a frontload for the first two pins to get my levels up, backfill with prop for a week or so, then get bloods again in three weeks. if, at that point, my levels still suck i'll cash out and PCT. no point in staying shut down.

Well... I'm not gonna tell another grown ass man that's not specifically asking for my opinion what he should do.. BUT... If it was me I'd divide 500mg of test p and 500mg of test c among two simultaneous glute injections and go from there.. :)

alrighty then, ladies. this day deserves a log entry i think.

in view of the somewhat disappointing results from my bloodwork today (go read the titan thread for the full story, tl;dr: my tt on 600 mg a week was 1944), i've decided to throw caution to the wind. gonna chug 3 celltech shakes twice a day for the next three days, that should get my tt levels around 8,000. :D

so the cycle plan is changing somewhat. i now realize, in view of my bloodwork, that my body metabolizes testosterone at a freakish rate, thus cutting my tt levels to something less than they should be based on clinical data. accordingly, i've decided that a change is in order to address this. just pinned 450 mg of bioniche test c, right quad, and 100 mg test p (astro), left delt. some leakage out of the left delt, i licked the oil off. can't let it go to waste, now can i?

will pin the same combo eod for three pins, then drop to 375ish mg of test c e3d. was planning on going up to 375 mg e3d anyway with the test e, so that should put me where i want to be. bloodwork two weeks after that third loading pin, on the dot. if that number also reflects that i am a fucking alien who metabolizes test freakishly quickly, then i will punt and PCT.

also going to 12.5 mg aromasin eod while pinning all this shit to "frontload" (mid-cycle frontload, lol). my estro levels were around 80, and i'm seeing a bit of the gyno signs again (stop thinking about my nipples, bro). i attribute that to the 100 mg of TNE i pinned on friday (after bloodwork) and saturday mornings PWO. Not that big of a fan of the TNE, it just doesn't have the punch that suspension does, but it certainly jacked my estro levels up. was having hot flashes and craving chocolate and chick flicks by sunday. the lifting was ok, but i was feeling a bit flat. astro, brew more suspension dood.

i had some pretty severe doms in my legs after leg day friday, i guess that makes a bit of sense now. when i was pinning prop there was virtually no doms, so it all kinda adds up. saturday was pulls, my left arm has been giving me fits. saw my ortho today for a followup on the shoulder, which is doing quite well btw, and he gave me a jug of pain meds, said i have tennis elbow, and gave me a sleeve for my elbow. great. i'm also going to get a band to put around my forearm below the elbow, apparently those are good too. hopefully that (with the 750 mg of test a week and 4 iu of GH a day, hehehhe) will keep the elbow pain in check.

it's late, i'm tired and i've had enough excitement for one day. pushes tomorrow, may just say fuck it and pin TNE before i go to work. work gym tomorrow, beware work gym bitches!!!!

I'm a very late bloomer when it comes to this stuff. If you read my failed cycle thread I just recently decided to go to the darkside, lol.
I wasn't spending as much time here as I am lately. I'd come and read a few things but not the insane reading I'm doing now. Again I wanted to go to my fullest potential first before even thinking about this stuff as much. I reached 260 at 5'9" and couldn't gain anymore weight. Then I dabbled with Keto diets and am down considerably...maybe 235ish as I can't lift til my back heals.:( I just recently lost ten pounds as finishing up second week of keto. I love the peeps and this site though! If that counts?

I always say though that if you can go without "HAVING" to do trt...in other words by choice..I'd say no unless you need it. Cuz "HAVING" to pin isn't always fun.

Hola guapos! On my phone, so we'll see how much I can type before I say fuck it and post.

Calmed down after my bloodwork Monday, I was not a happy camper, hence taking an alprazolam, I was a bit woozy but managed to not make an ass of myself here. I'm still sort of at a loss over the whole thing, which I shouldn't be. The debate over and dissection of my bloodwork just wore me the fuck out. I don't think Titan underdosed on purpose, his prop packed a punch. Bad raws, whatever. Second "front load" pin tonight, 450 mg of test c in left quad, 100 mg of prop in right delt. It will be entertaining to list all the shit I pinned and the schedule at the end of the cycle, it's been all over the place.

Took 3 days off the gym due to work and other shit getting in the way. I think I needed the rest, been pushing like a motherfucker and had some general soreness that was not going away. That might also be attributable the drop-off after stopping the prop. Today I felt "on," the prop was in effect. Starting to get that "solid" feeling again, that's the prop kicking in. Didn't really notice it was gone until I felt it back today.

Work gym, pushes today. I was cranking skinny puppy - vivisect. Sick and violent, great for lifting. Doing incline bb presses, on rep 6 or 7 of my last set I was stalling and started doing the "get mad and grunt and yell shit" to squeeze out a couple more reps, one of the women I work with walked out of the changing room and stopped with a "deer in headlights" look. Too fucking funny, I scared her. She then stopped to tell me I look ripped. I briefly considered dragging her off to the men's changing room, but then I recalled the golden rule from my annual sexual harassment refresher: "don't touch the staff." She's hot, nice tight little ass, black girl, oozes a bit of crazy too. Mantra: don't touch the staff. Some dood from the firm upstairs was in there, I was doing incline DB presses, he grabs dbs off the rack (25s) and starts curling right next to me. Get away, you fucking fuck! I almost dropped a DB on his foot. Go away fuck boy. Yeah, feeling a bit aggressive.

Tomorrow is pulls, may pin 100 mg of TNE before I head in to the office. Ought to make things a bit more interesting. I'm holding around 228 first thing in the morning, scale was steady for a few day. Up, bitch, up! Aiming for 240 and a couple ticks down on bf. That might be overly ambitious, but hey, goals are good.

So I finally popped over to evo to check out the coincidental appearance of Titan labs, which our Titan insists is not him. Heh. Dead to rights, intro and posts are him. I'm done with all this vagina quivering "benefit of he doubt shit." I pinned 5 weeks of underdosed test, I'm unamused. I also burned 5 Labmax tests and $ on ms, not including the product I sent off. Add in bloodwork, and I'm out the funds for a very nice cycle. Fuck it, is what it is. Meso benefits, your shit is underdosed, I'm done messing with this shit. As requested in the Titan thread, you motherfuckers need to bitch slap me if I start getting soft. K thanks. Clearly there is not enough hormone in the test e, or it is spiked with estrogen.

On the upside, managed to get in the gym for an hour today and do some pulls. Work gym again, so no TNE and sadly, no work gym bitches. There was one 50ish woman, but I don't think any amount of TNE, suspension, roofies, whatever could've given me wood over this specimen. She made my shit retreat in terror, into my abdomen. The positive was that since I didn't spend an inordinate amount of time stalking work gym bitches, I was able to get my lifts in briskly, with minimal strutting and grunting (my mating dance and call). :D

On the down side, my elbow was KILLING me. This sleeve is bullshit, it does little other than make my arm sweat. The more pump I got, the worse the elbow felt. I later punted and came home, took pain meds and fucked around on the giant time vampire known as meso. Sucking up your life since...a long fucking time ago. ;).

Tomorrow morning is legs, assuming I ever get to sleep. Had some insomnia (coincidentally about a week after I stopped the prop and suspension, go figure). I will be pinning a fucking smorgasbord. Gonna suck whatever is left out of my bottle of suspension, then go on top of it with TNE to make a ml. Also the 450 of cyp and 100 of prop. Finish with gh and call me a pincushion. Should have a good leg day. Platz legs.

My solution based on reading @tileguy log and elbow story it going to be to start throwing legs in between pushes, pulls and shoulders. I'm ramping to 750 mg a week and I'm on 4 iu of gh, if I can't handle legs eod then there is no hope. My ass continues to grow at an alarming rate, I have a bright future in rap videos. Gotta work on my twerk though.

Taking 20 mg of aromasin a day (I have 20 mg caps and 25 my pharma tabs, half a pharma tab seems about the same as a 20 mg UGL cap). As the prop kicks in and I'm ramping up the cyp, it's clear my test levels Re shooting up. My skin is now oily as fuck, I sweat like an animal all day, and I'm a bit testy. Pun intended. I feel solid again, bulletproof. Bring it bitches.

The wife started a 2 iu a day run if geno today. She's doing great, I got her a trainer and a nutritionist and fuck if it's not working. She sent me a pic I f the loaded bar today, she was squatting 185. For reps, 7 of 'em. Go mrs. Lightspan! Awesome to see her really getting into this and getting results. The gh will cost a fortune, but her ass is shrinking and getting round. Nothing better than the ass of a woman who squats. Can I get an amen?

She mentioned "giant arm guy" (cartoon character number one from the home gym) was there squatting. She now understands what "bitch squatting" is. Load the bar with 4 plates and squat 6 inches. It as hysterical listening to her make fun of this guy. She said he then spent 20 mins curling in the squat rack, which made her angry. I may have to keep her. :D

Appetite still sucks, pushing food and shakes in my pie hole anyway. Can't wait for the cypro to get here, need some help or 240 is not happening his cycle.

All told, I'm feeling good again. I chopped out the vagina I had started growing and I'll be crippling myself between pins and legs tomorrow, sure to make for a great day. Gonna crank some tool (undertow) and nine inch nails (broken) for the workout tomorrow. Fuck shit up: grrr.

Get the steaks going!! LS go to apt pro and get some good elbow wraps. Just like knee wraps...they work really well. The kind I have let you slide your arm into it up to the beginning of your elbow and then start wrapping with velcro on the end. You don't want to go crazy tight though lol.

The eagle finally landed and it's time to take it in the ass. :) First cycle in over 5 years, keeping it relatively simple. 1 previous injectable Test E cycle, went from 198 to 223, and one PH cycle, gained maybe 10 lbs but felt so shitty i cut it short. Fuck PH, miserable experience.

I may throw in var 60 mg/day weeks 12-15, depending on how I look at week 12.

For shits and giggles, 2 iu Genotropin (pfizer) ed (4 month run for now, depending on how my bank account looks, perhaps longer). GH is for my shoulder, injured in november, was basically sitting on my ass for two months then PT 3 months. Not looking for mass or bf cut with GH, strictly for support/healing.

Lifts, Training:

DL - 345 x 4
Bench 205 x 1 (with screaming, shoulder injury in november, still recovering hence the GH)
Squat - 285 x 2

4 day split - chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders and whatever else needs attention
Rest (cardio)
1 day of compounds (oly lifts - clean variations, split/balance jerks, presses, etc.)
Rest (cardio)
Lift days end with 10-20 min of cardio, depending on how fried i am.
Rest day cardio is 20-30 mins, depending on how long i can stand the boredom.
Cardio is running, stairs, rowing, bike. i fucking hate cardio.

Diet - 3500 day target, 40/40/20 C/P/F whole foods and protein (whey isolates, hydro and casein)
fish oil, krill oil, flaxseed oil, CoQ10 (stopped lipitor for cycle, need to keep lipids in check with this and cardio), lots of green tea, glucosamine/chondroitin/msm. diet is pretty on point, i tend to cheat a bit but not to the point of hooking back a dozen glazed.

Pre-cycle bloods: TT 894 ng/dL (250-1100); FT 145.7 pg/mL (35.0-155.0).

not bad for an old man. did not get a full hormone panel despite telling the nurse about ten times i wanted a FULL hormone panel including e2, LH, FSH, etc. meh, i have test numbers, i know where i need to be. Will get labs at 6 weeks, things should be kicking by then.

first pin shortly. today was leg day, so i will be crippled tomorrow whether i have pip or not.

haven't updated the log for a few....the last 3-4 days were kind of a trainwreck. didn't feel well, arm was killing me, pain meds were making the insomnia worse. upshot was i was not lifting, wound up smoking half a pack of mrs. lightspan's cigarettes, was not eating enough, basically the poster child for what not to do in the middle of your cycle.

so what does one do? one gets off one's ass and does legs. :D today was the last mid-cycle "frontload" of 450 mg test c eod, 100 mg prop eod. also threw in 100 mg of TNE. managed a full leg workout (1.5 hrs, featuring front squats and straight leg deadlifts) and, everyone sitting down? 15 mins of cardio. rowing, since it was leg day and limping for 15 minutes on the treadmill didn't seem like much fun. nevertheless, i'm actually doing my cardio. i also fought the battle with the fork today, and ate dinner (tilapia, green beans and sweet potato) instead of waiting until 11 pm to hook back pb&j and weight gainer.

i've been losing the battle with the fork, and the scale shows it. i've been stuck around 228-230 for a week and a half, and visually i'm around 14 %bf. yo esto fatty. the lack of appetite is killing me. tonight i managed by washing mouthfulls of food down with milk. eating is a chore. cannot wait for the cypro to get here. staying away from the alprazolam, it is a last resort. the pain meds are in the same category, they never fucking work very well unless i eat them by the handfull, and then they make me a useless lump that can't sleep. i'd rather my shit hurt.

leg day was ok. there was a guy in the deadlift room (yeah, my gym has a deadlift room, :)) doing normal deadlifts, he busted out his belt and was doing 265. me? i was on an aerobics step doing straight legs at 275, banging out reps. i'll not i do not own a belt. i kinda felt bad for zippy. he was giving it all he had though, so credit to him for that. there was a fat guy doing 9,000,000 lb leg presses, with a 4" travel on the sled. someone explain that shit to me please. no really, i bottom the fucking sled out every rep. above 700 lb, i cant rep that shit out, it's nearly impossible. FULL LENGTH TRAVEL ON THE SLED, BITCHES, OR GO HOME. caps worked? emphasis taken?

the TNE seemed to work a bit better today, although with the half a pack of smokes i had i could barely breathe today. the TNE had me sweating like a pig, with that special "i pinned TNE" smell. if you've pinned it you know what i mean. the chemical smell, there's nothing else like it. keep waiting to walk by someone and smell it, i'll just give him a knowing nod. :)

next pin in 3 days, back to just the test c, will drop it to 450 mg e3d. i'm just betting on this shit being underdosed, so that hopefully will give me 750 mg a week. if it's higher, then i guess i'll feel like i won the lottery.

ok, time to shuffle off to bed. no pain meds, so hopefully i can sleep . toodles, bitches.

What a waste of fucking time to load up all those plates in the first place if your just gonna half ass it....

I bet the guys who do that kind of weight with poor range would get more of a workout from front squatting 135lbs with good depth :rolleyes:
