Im still looking for answers to my acne situation. Dawn helps a little for me. I have hormonal acne so there really isnt much that can be done. Arms mostly some back and chest. Deca turned my arms in to a fuckin pizza. You think it would help to pin ED vs 2x weekly?

I know I read you were planning to run high dose tren with high dose test- I advise against it only because I used to run a gram of overdosed test (bloods at 9000+... good old gear from the now defunct VIP) and loved it! Nothing better. I felt as strong ten men and walked around with a hard on any time my test was north of 5000 regardless of what I ran with it- deca, mast, tbol, eq. Test at 500 wk with tren at 5-700 and sides were intolerable. Dropping test to trt (125 wk or so) alleviated most sides and still had great aesthetic effects. It also helped my acne immensely.
I split it in to three pins at that level. .25 cc cyp 200. Anything over 200 I pin daily. I get hormonal acne- but it is from hormonal FLUCTUATIONS and hormonal aromatise issues. I honestly couldn't take my shirt off on cycle and had multiple bloodstains after gym sessions. Ai use is mandatory. Aromasin didn't do as well for me as letro- but slamming down e2 works wonders for breakouts.
I again implore you to rethink high dose test in any cycle- it is your problem almost certainly. I used to think @hucking fuge was a fucking retard with his no test philosophy. ... but he is on to something. I run just enough to not worry about my pp, feel me?
My advice to beans was based on concern for fluctuation... although he is running real low prop when combined with hcg it will cause a far more significant spike in test and est than the test dose would alone- splitting the pins to an almost every day pinning schedule would negate any "risk". He says he has no estrogen sides- I would have tits and zits if I pinned both at once, so my concern is borne of my own risk in that situation; perhaps he would be fine. I am no doc.
 
Thanks brute. Im still piecing it together. My first cycle was only test bloods cam back at 3380. This last cycle was test and deca. Test came back at 2000. I actually had far less acne with the higher test score than I did with my TEST AND DECA RUN. Which makes me wonder...

I also didnt run ANY adex at all during my test/deca run. Maybe your right. Its clearly a hormonal issue. Pinning more frequently is some thing ill consider for sure.

Dont wanna curtail beanz thread. But this was good info. Well written and informative

Oh you boys are fine. I actually appreciate the info. I mean if you can't take sound advice from people that have been through it,then you don't belong. I kinda feel bad for You guys that have these issues. And I'm over here like "yeah I'm good to go" fingers crossed lol

So,Today was the first pin and it went smoothe. zero PIP from the Mast and Tren. I've figured out my sweet spot for sure on my glutes so that I am happy about. Had to do it semi quick being grandma was coming over to baby sit and she ALWAYS BE EARLY lol.

So I will say this, That its nice doing a muscle group per day. I know this isn't new but it is for me and it was great being able to focus on one muscle group, I dig that.

Seated Row: 6 sets (I drop my last set to a low number so I can get in ATLEAST 12-15 solid reps, good pump)

Barbell Shrugs:
135 x 20 (10 hands in front, 10 hands behind me) 6 Sets

Cardio:
Walk for 2 min @ 2incline,3.5 speed.
Sprint for 1 min @ 2incline,8.0 speed.

Successful day I think. I do wish I had more time but I py the nursery and my so will only last an hour tops, so im in and out. but I do work HARD everytime.
 
Today I got my custom protein mix from true nutrition. Whey iso,beef protein and egg whites. 27.3 protein per scoop and I'm doing 3 scoops for my shake.

2 cups of organic chocolate milk
3 scoops of the protein
1 full banana
1 scoop of 5000 BCAA powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter.
It's a shit ton lol but its 1,600 calories,161 protein and I can't remmeber the rest but it's good!

Chest today: felt pretty good, probably about a 7 out of 10. And my headphones died at the end so I finished my set and peace out! I can't workout listenijg to everyone else breath, fart and cough all over everything lol20150505_100504.jpg
