Birthday/Summer Shred Time by BEANZ!

So I know it's only been 4 days since I've started,but, taking in all this food has been such a challenge for me. Some meals I don't even want to eat, force feeding myself. its almost taking the joy out of food! but I do know when this gear finally kicks in I should be good to go. body is still changing and my ass hurts from pinning lol

So Im not sure if the tren has kicked in yet, but, I think a bit of it has. starting to feel myself get more irritated with people, snapped at my wife on Wednesday night when she left the BBQ on for 4hours after we were done cookin!o_Oo_O I said "what the fuck is wrong with you, propane aint cheap!" haha, also she left the pepper and garlic salt out in the rain so now that's gone!.( she wasn't happy with me that's for sure) damnit. well anyways got some sex 2 days in row, yay me right.

Legs today:
Went pretty well, I don't squat much since my hips are super bad and painful when I do. but I was able to leg press 608 x 5 for 2 sets and 550 for 3 more. so I was happy with that.
pinned in my quad today and I was nervous with the 25g but it went smoothe so yeah BUDDY. but I don't know how guys pinn 400-700 ED! how big is that needle?!

1st week in the books!

So the first week is done and the im already seeing changes. I started at 168 last Monday and since Saturday has been a consistent 172.5 and that's in the morning. im happy with that. Definitely irritable so im always checking myself and the night sweats have officially started (damnit) tuned our white sheets yellow last time HHAHHAA. wife REALLY didn't like that =) but that's ok cos my sex drive has already peeked. I think of a vagina and im already going 'boing' lol

Killed back today. really loving these isolation days a lot. I do wish I could spend more time in the gym but like I said before, my kid in the nursery last only an hour, maybe hour fifteen if im lucky. but that's ok, I get what I need to done. id post my workout but I gotta leave and pick up the kids from school. (dad life comes first)

120 x 10
140 x 8

High row: (each hand)
45 x 15
75 x 12
85 x 10
90 x 8
115 x 6
45 x 15

Low row was the exact same as high.

Lat pull downs for 7 rep then right into behind the head for 7 more. Then I'd stand up and do nautilus pullovers for 12 reps. Ended up being a nice pump.

Rear delt Flys with dumbells. I only did 15s for 6 sets at 12 reps...... because this 'tennis elbow' everyone talks about is starting to effect me. Fucking

barbell shrugs :
185 x 15 for 6 sets

Ended with machine row. Only 500 meters. Would have loved to get some deads in but it was being used,oh well.
 
Arm day:

This joint pain in my right elbow is a bitch that's for sure.never had it before until now,so I'm popping some fish oil for good measure. And as I drink my post shake while sitting on the toilet writing this,I'm thinking "man my ass sure does hurt from pinning" #gearproblems lol

Bicep machine curls:
6 sets with 12-15 reps, with weight ranging 55 up to 80 (yes I know it isn't a lot for you big dudes)

Incline bench dumbell curl.
I was only able to to curl 20s! Cos my damn elbow. Looking like a pussy, but I made those 20s my bitch! 6 sets for 15 reps each

Iso hammer curls with 30s and super set with reverse barbell curls. 50 pound for 10 reps x 6.

Bunch of tricep work, trying to get my @Oregongearhead and @OdieM triceps game on point!

Hey bro be very very careful. I had the same problem with my elbow and it hurt so bad to even curl 15 pounds. I had no problem doing hammer curls though anyway you are on the verge of being put out of the game my friend. I went through months of stretching exercises to get mine to Heal. Do exercises that that won't inflame it. Check out utube

Yeah that's some real shit. I'm definetly going to watch it closely. I can't afford an injury
 
so today I hit a personal record with 638 pounds 4 x 3 reps on the leg press. I couldn't figure out how to post a video so I just screenshot it... boom ...gainzView attachment 24216 baby
Nice mohawk btw...sweet gains can be made on the leg press for darn sure :)

I myself finally had the gumption to get onto the leg press machine today at my gym to see how my right knee could handle it (considering I had injured it late March). Got to 405 lbs before it started to hurt bad..so that's a good sign.
