Man I suck at updating this thing! life has got me BUSY!
So I just finished my 5th week. I've since re ordered some tren and test p from a trusted member here cos im sure what I
have been pinning isn't anything close to the bioniche I used last august. and then, I ran 300 week and by now I would have seen better results then I do at this time. so im a little frustrated. Memebers been saying to bump it up so I think im gonna do 625 a week till I run out and see what happens.
Im up a solid 12 lbs and many people have noticed. was at a pool party yesterday with a bunch of DAD BODS around and got a lot of compliments on my NON DAD BOD haha so atleast some are noticing.
PR's have been nice. 700lb on leg press 3x 225 on decline bench, 205 flat, squats 185 comfortably and 225 pretty well too.
overall its good but I want to look like a BEAST! like mr
