I circled the lab test that combines total testosterone uncapped and the sensitive estrodial from privatemdlabs when using either Tren or
Nandrolone. It is $106 but enroll for the subscription letter through email, they will give you %15 off every month. It'll be $90 bones after the coupon. It's the best bang for the buck and the estrodial will not come out skewed by Nandro nor Tren
Anytime bro. Both labsmd and privatelabsmd have the sensitive estrodial test if you option it by itself. Labsmd has the hormone panel for males that includes a bunch of tests such as lipids, PSA, total test uncapped, sensitive estrodial and more but it's $170 no coupons available for them.
Some members have been lucky with labmds and got a decent reading on estro while using Tren or nandro. Then sometimes it came out skewed for other members. That's why I always option for the sensitive estrodial reading so I don't get bogus numbers. Just my 2 C.
LabsMD says "Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS/MS." I was under the impression that this is the ONLY one that will not be thrown off by Tren?

These are my results on some over dosed test cyp. I was pinning 800mg per week but suspect it was closer to 1gram. I was also on NPP and Tren that I brewed from pellets. These blood panels are from privatemdlabs, the test I circled in the previous post.
If you look at the estrodial way at the bottom it shows something like LC/MS/MS. My estrodial is 10 because I was using letro as my AI with this high testosterone dose. Here are the labs, my numbers were not skewed but we can page @Dr JIM and @Docd187123 and @Burrr They are pretty good at explaining this subject.

Correct. Look at the last line under estradiol. It says LC/MS/MS
the basic testing from labsmd will work for tren and deca.
Deca requires that testosterone be measured lc/ms
Tren requires that the test method not be the ECLIA method, does not necessarily mean it has to be lc/ms

Okay, so even though PrivateMD Labs site doesn't specifically state that the test uses LC/MS, the "Estradiol, Sensitive" test is indeed LC/MS and not ECLIA like their standard Estradiol test? The "Estradiol, Sensitive" test info page mentions nothing of LC/MS.
Not trying to be difficult, just got the "Estradiol, Serum" test from them mid cycle and it was impossibly high. Specifically, I ordered their "Hormone Panel with Prolactin" hoping to check E2 and Prolactin. Trying to find out more about my E2 levels here as my cycle ends, esp since I got no info about it mid-cycle.
So I should order "Hormone Panel with Estradiol Sensitive and Testosterone LC/MS-MS"? That will give correct E2 even on Tren?

When you use privatemd you need to go sensitive in estradiol, with labsmd regular is fine.

I've used labsmd many times and never had an issues with test levels. I've had issues with estro when I didn't get sensitive test.

I used the lc/ms/ms from labsmd and my test come back at 9600 on 600mg of test prop. But I was using 400mg npp. Do you think this was just some weird anomaly? Even if my npp was cut with test I dont think numbers would be that high. And I am really lucky the source we get from has always been spot on with the gear we tested but I didnt test my npp cause of it being a cheaper compound. But there var, primo have come back perfect on each order.
I would venture to guess that you may have just caught a big spike in test levels. If I catch the peak level on 500mg a week of test e I can easily see 4400 ng dl, so I wouldn't rule out that the peak after injecting prop may get you to 9k ng/dl

Ok, shit I havent gotten labs in almost a year cause I thought they were a waste. But I guess that makes sense. Using test e is 36hr enough time after injection to get an accurate reading?
I get mine at 24 hrs, most of the time I'll see about 8x weekly dose on bloods

Ok got the LC/ms/ms using 900mg test e split m w f right around 40hr post shot total testosterone came in 5700. Right around what I was hoping for.
Will upload results tomorrow if I have time at work.

I have an appointment for my pre cycle bloods with Quest in a couple days. After reading I'm wondering if I should go elsewhere. Quest is a mile from my house, Private md labs is 23 miles away. Is Quest good enough for pre cycle tests?

Got Estradiol Sensitive version of the test done the other day via LabCorps/PrivateMDLabs while running Tren and Estradiol was 26. Last time, on the regular Estradiol test, it was 131. Sensitive works as previously stated.
