With respect to dosage:Thanks for sharing this. I've been doing similar at 100-125mg/wk. And even thinking about dropping a little lower.
Did that study on trans men make you curious about how little weekly TRT dosage men need? Or was it @Type-IIx's suggestions about dosages with least risks?
It's all leading me to wonder about this - bodybuilding with the minimal needed TRT for same results.
I appreciate you going in this direction when it seems the trend is for TRT of 200-400mg/wk as therapeutically-justified since bodybuilders all happen to be extreme "outliers".
With respect to dosage:
annual physical, doc asked for blood tests
75 mg once a week (Juicepal testosterone cypionate)
Because I had blood tests scheduled for the day after injection, I skipped my injection on day seven (once a week). Bloods drawn on day 8.
431 ng/dL, range 250-1100 ng/dL Total
104.0 pg/ml, 35-155 pg/ml Free
I am pretty careful about measurement, but not too precise, since I have been using a 3cc syringe, but draw 3 ticks (250mg/ml x 0.3 = 75), so it can only be so far off.
I was a little surprised that it was still so high 8 days out.
On a positive note, my bloodwork looks good. The only exception is RBC and hematocrit. 17.1 is the cutoff, and I am at 17.2
LOL
Missed it by this much.
I donated double reds about a week before this, too.
38.5-50 is hematocrit range (that's just a percentage), and 51.4 here, again just out of range high
Damn, estradiol was only 7
Maybe need to up the testosterone just to get that up into low double digits.
TRT only and no AI? What about adding HCG?Damn, estradiol was only 7

I seem to remember coming across this as a mitigation for low estrogen as well. I think it was in a Type-IIx flowchart.thought some guys were using oral DHEA for this
Oral DHEA for an acute spike of E2 is what I read. I wonder if transdermal in a proper carrier would give a more sustained stable level.I seem to remember coming across this as a mitigation for low estrogen as well. I think it was in a Type-IIx flowchart.
Yes, TRT only and no AI. Had not thought about HCG.TRT only and no AI? What about adding HCG?
At that E2 I would feel like trash. Pretty sure you don't want to raise your test dosage for health reasons so that isn't an option right? I know HCG I know you affects everyone different and some don't like it but I really love it. I do 1250 weekly with TRT. Typellx has a great article and I believe he covers in one of his podcasts DHEA being used to raise E2. Oral raises it acutely but it doesn't last as long. Maybe transdermal would be an option? Have you recently tested your your DHEA level?Yes, TRT only and no AI. Had not thought about HCG.
