Ok I need to renew my CDL physical within the month and I had high BP last time I checked, I still have 4 weeks of a cycle left......so I am wondering if there are any trick ways off making it go lower, like taking asprin or alcohol before the test......... Anyone know any good ways to temporary lower it?

I am not taking any pct while on cycle i am waiting till end of cycle and using clomid/trbestan for pct...........if i started taking nolva now would it be enough to lower my BP within a couple weeks?

Start on both Ldex at 0.25mg/day and nolva at 10mg/day and watch what happens. In the meantime, take in very little sodium and drink lots of water. You can also donate blood too.

Ok...well I dont have any nolva on hand right now and I am taking this physical soon......by the time I got the nolva I wouldnt have enought time......

Asprin thins your blood out right? Wouldnt that work?

Any other good ideas?

If i dont pass this test I might lose my job!

I take BP medicine since I am 50 yo. It is Altace 10 mg (one of the ACE inhibitor drugs). I decided to try out a cycle after 6 years at the gym and much research. I am doing the Test/Sust/Deca 10 week one.

My BP went up and I doubled up on my BP meds to 20 mg EOD. I got the anti-e's and take that EOD. Things are much more managable. The cycle is working out good at week 8 too.

My suggestion is to go to a Doctor. He will prescribe a BP med that will work in a day or 2. If you don't have one, go to one of those neighborhood clinics where no appt is needed. You don't have to say what is causing the high BP. The meds work faster than waiting on anti-e's or natural diurtics.

Just monitor your BP at the drugstore BP machine or get a 60$ one to check after your cycle. You may or may not need your meds adjusted.
