It's hard to tell IMO with IGF unless you have a baseline when you're off. IGF also takes time to build up, and it seems from the stuff that I've read that the time people say you need to be on gh to get a proper igf level varies, so to me it's just not something I can really get a handle on. I know that when I'm awake, my GH serum should be 0, the scale is generally 0-10, if I am anywhere in the 20 and above range, while awake, I'd be inclined to believe that the GH is good. It just seems like an easier way to determine the validity of the GH without actually doing some sort of mass spec to it.

@johnnyBALLZ I went through my privatemdlabs history, and I found my tests which put me off from IGF reading for now. My IGF was at 310, which I thought was pretty good, I had no idea what my baseline was. On the same day I got my GH serum test done also, and the serum level was 2.9, which is fucking pitiful. After that, I kinda just tried to rely on GH serum and screw IGF
