Blood work question

I got blood work last week (first picture) from quest, as you can see LH/FSH are undetectable. I decided to get blood work again yesterday but this time I went to labcorp (second picture) as you can see LH is .3.....does this mean my LH has improved marginally from just a week ago? Or does labcorp have more accurate testing? Thanks for any helpView attachment 139148View attachment 139148View attachment 139148

The detection limit on your first one was < 0.7 so it very likely may have been at 0.3 like your second test but it just wasn’t detected by their analysis.

How long of a PCT did you do and what protocol? You may need some HCG to get things going again.

<0.7 is for FSH. <0.2 is for LH....quest showed <0.2 and then a week later labcorp showed .3 for LH. Wasn’t sure if labcorp is just more accurate than quest. I haven’t started PCT yet...these were just all preliminary test to gauge where I am at and then plan accordingly

Ah, I see, they list them in different order too. Sorry about that. The accuracy would be exactly the same if they both have a detection limit of <0.2. So 0.3 would be a little bit of an improvement, not very much though.

Beside your question:
Your fasting glucose seems a bit high. I personally would get a glucose meter, watch your fasting blood glucose and try to get it down. Maybe with supplements. Inosito in higher dosagesl, also maybe Chromium, vanadium seems to be efficient or if this isn't enough to get you to good levels maybe berberin

Creatinine is a bad indicator for kidney health. In my opinion it is very important to check cystatin C. You can detect kidney problems way earlier and it doesn't get falsified by muscle mass etc

I had a coffee that morning with some cream and sugar in it before that test. I will look into those supplements though. Thank you

I was curious to see if quest would also show .3 for LH, these results were taken a day after the labcorp results. Quest is now showing .7 for FSH and <2 for LH. When the day before labcorp results were .3 LH and <3 for FSH. Has anyone had different results between the two labs? Is one more accurate than the other?

Two weeks on Clomid and nolvadex and zero movement in LH and FSH. Very disappointing

What?

Post your PCT. None of this makes sense.
Last shot was end of October. Ran hcg while esters cleared, started serms two weeks ago, I got blood work to check if anything moved up and nothing

I would say you likely need to re-run your HCG. Running SERMS when your test production is essentially nothing (ergo your E2 is also nothing) isn't going to do anything.

I was thinking of doing another month of HCG. My blood work from the 2nd. Total T 377 E2 29.... that’s why I started serms (you can see my blood work at the top) is two weeks just not enough time to do show anything?

It certainly isn't going to be harmful. E2 of 29 isn't anything horrible (though high for TT of 377!) unless you are very sensitive I suppose. Right now though your production seems so low that I would focus my attention there.

My main concern was getting LH/FSH to fire back up so my test doesn’t go to zero. You don’t think hcg will just prolong the suppression?

Just got some blood work back, wanted to see if my total test dropped any lower and it only dropped by 2 in 14 days? I really don’t get what is going on (TT on 12/2 377....TT on 12/16 375)
