Cigarettes. Ive got some biotech deca d and test e on the way so i know the potency of that. But for now ima go ahead and bump the dose up. Is it better to split it into twice a week or all at once continuing on the same day
Differences between twice a week or once a week injections are minuscule. Twice a week will be more stable but peaks won't be as high, once a week and you get higher peaks
 
Ya know i notice alot of people have never heard of concentrex. Its reasonably priced and its actually one of the first test only cycles i ran which was 3 years ago. Ive had good results from it but my training is pretty well on point but thinkin back on when ive used it i havent had and mind blowing dramatic gains. But then again my aas of choice is tren e and test e. Which wouldnt blow me up like what im attempting to do with this deca cycle. Im also unsure what to expect being that ive never ran deca either

I bet you could have got to 185 on a basic cycle of quitting smoking.
 
Burrr the 5 cycles or so that ive done have been pretty well spaced out over the last 3 years or so. I used to be 135 until prob about 25 i remeber weighing myself at 25 when i tried my first cycle test only and i was between 145 and 150
 
The test being on the low side, is is possible that my levels dropped after stopping the tren a and test p that i tried to incorporate that into my cycle. Also im using concentrex which ive got mixed reviews about. Some ppl seem to think its underdosed. It must be

Ive gained rite at 12 pounds over the last 5 weeks and thats not knowing what my bf is or was. I had a skinny mans gut. Almost like a beer belly i guess. I wasnt lookin very good
 
I was a heavy smoker for twenty years. After so many failed attempts at quitting my doc put me on chantix and Wellbutrin and a month later I was smoke free. That was thirty weeks ago. You should try it. Also it really sounds like you should do some reading on training and diet and get that shit down.
