Bloodwork after 3 years off

I am 24 years old. Started cycling at 18. Now I have been off for 3 years and plan continue with next cycle. I have done pre cycle bloodwork and here I am posting results. I did those through private laband their, doc told me my testosterone levels might be bit concerning.

I am 5'10" and ~200 pounds ~10%bf my best guess. I have been dieting down since late spring and currently started reverse dieting up. Doc in the private lab said my results of testosterone are on the lower side. Are those something to be concerned about or is it just because of dieting?

Please have a look and let me know what you think about results?

High LH, low test...looks like you're primary to me.

What was your PCT like when you were cycling?

You have the equivalent test levels of ~300 ng/dl.
So you're about where an 85 year old man would be.

Want kids in your future? Don't cycle, go see a doctor.

PCT was usually like Tamoxifen 30 mg, Clomid up to 100mg for 3 or 4 weeks. Bloods were taken during dieting down at about 180g protein, 120g carbs and 50g fat.

I am currently slowly building up calories to maintenance and will do bloods again. I saw studies caliming calorie restriction tends to kill testosterone sometimes so I hope this is the case, if not I might start considering to accept fact I did this to me by starting to cycle early.

I'm 28 and 863 and havinhavint cycled yet. I'm wondering if 300mg a Week is worth it with my base line. The pros say start low and get the most out of as little.

Damn man, you're really trying to get that crotch shot in as much of the pic as possible huh?? Boxers would work too next time, lol

If thats an 85 yr old man then I was in rough shape at 89ng I guess

300mg a week of tst mix was my first cycle and I can't see antyhing wrong with starting low and seeing how it goes

Were you using HCG while on cycle?

I've also read that significant caloric restriction can cause a small decrease in testosterone...but for a 24 year old to have such low levels I'd say something else might be the issue.

But, I'm no expert, just someone who has struggled with full recovery after PCT.

You may actually be a candidate for TRT, which is why I say you should talk to a doctor.

Ouch. How awful did that feel?
After my last PCT I recovered to around 300 ng/dl and felt terrible.

I was using HCG on cycle just once but stopped because after pinning 1000ui I felt a bit bitchy. I never experienced any crash after PCT either.

Here and Here for studies I saw.

As I said I will redo bloodwork after couple weeks of upping calories. I would expect being shut down secondary rather than primary from AAS abuse.

Secondary means your pituitary isn't working.
Low LH and FSH would be the outcome.
You have medium-high LH and FSH.

Yes that's what I am saying. Anabolic steroid induced hypogonadism is usually secondary from what I read. This is just my best hope I did not screw my balls myself.

That's the opposite of what you're saying.

Primary = balls don't work as well as they should
(normal to high LH/FSH, low test)

Secondary = pituitary doesn't work as well as it should
(low LH/FSH, low test)

Your blood work shows medium-high LH/FSH and low test.

And how is it different? I said ASIH is usually secondary and my case is primary - which might indicate I did not screw my balls juicing which would put my mind on rest.

I wanted to take a gun to my head. Moved out of my house because I was unbearable to be around, wife said come back when you get your shit fixed. It was a living hell. But now I'm on TRT and life is good
