BPC 157 and TB 500 dosing

Why not pre workout? What's the reasoning?

The massive increase in blood flow/circulation from bpc seems counterproductive and may at worst hinder your recovery.

Imagine doing heavy workout trying to rehab a serious injury while at the same time applying an electric heat pad. It's ill advised and may lead to too much swelling/blood flow.

Also bpc 157 is an anti flammatory and you need inflammation, its good for you. You don't want to mess with the natural and healthy inflammation which especially occurs up to one hour post workout. You can pin bpc on training days but do it at least an hour after workout.

At least this has been my logic and protocol. Ymmv
