BPC 157 and TB-500

What's everybody's experience with either of these peptides? Dosage, healing, timeline, etc?

My experience with it so far has been pretty effective. I started with 250mcg of bpc 2x a day for 10 days. My rotator cuff injury improved significantly in those days while doing rehab work 5-6x a week. After the 10 days I started 250mcg of each bpc and tb-500 daily. I shot both of them directly into my rotator cuff. Not only did my shoulder improve even more, but after a couple days I noticed that my back injury from years prior started feeling a lot better as well. The first batch of bpc came from umbrella labs and the 2nd batch of bpc and tb-500 came from american research labs. Both were legit in my experience.
 
Don't you need closer to 1mg a day for the TB500. It can get expensive fast. I've only used BPC157 at 250mcg for 6 weeks and it mildly improved a back injury, but didn't "cure" it. Nothing substantial, as I suspect it is serious enough that it requires further treatment/surgery.

Honestly not too sure. I thought it was 500mcg, same as bpc.
 
TB500 should be run 2mg/2.5mg twice a week for around 6 weeks. Then drop down to 2mg/2.5mg once a week.

Your BPC157 minimal 250mcg twice a day.

What dose of HGH would you recommend for injury healing?

Im currently doing 4 iu daily
