Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

This is one of the best things I have ever read. It's very motivating. Plus you guys talk about over coming addiction and cigarettes. This article really touches home for me. I to LOVE intense fast paced workouts like this on cycle and I am a recovering addict myself. I had 3yrs clean in Aug.( One Day At A Time) I tried to quit smoking with Chantex but it made me act fucking weird so I discontinued that and I am still a smoker. Anyways, great work guys and please keep it coming.
P.S
I love the food porn

I'll be doing this tomorrow.. ^^

So, last week I felt like shit, no energy, headaches, ears ringing, etc.. Turned out my BP is up, thanks to brutus I got it checked per his diagnosis.. I dropped the dbol a couple days ago and feel a little better (thanks CBS).. I've been running test at 750mg/week, I've never ran it this high before and I'm carrying a little water which could be the cause if the BP so I dropped that to 300 too.. I don't see the need for high test when running other compounds...

Anyway, here's what it looks like as of today:

Test C/300mg/week
Tren A/500mg/week
Mast P/500mg/week
EQ/750mg/week
Var/40mg/day
Serostim/4iu/day
T4/100mcg/day
Nolva/10mg/day
Aromasin/12.5mg/day

I quit smoking twice since I've been sober. The last time was for 4 months, and I went back to Louisiana for a visit and all my old friends were drinking and smoking and I picked up a cigarette to deal with thoughts of drinking. I didn't drink, so for me that's all that really matters, but I been stuck on ciggs ever since. It's getting about time to quit. I love this thread by the way. Very inspiring.

Chest fst7 nice and slow... hurt way more than expected

Db bench incline
80's x 12
90's x 10
85's x 10
75's x 10
All fail sets slow down and up. Incline is usually painful for me in the front delts and elbows... not bad today at all
Db flat flys (did these excruciatingly slow)
50's x 12, x 10, x 10
40's x 8

Flat bb bench
135 x 10
225 x 10
225 x 9
225 x 10
225 x 6
All fail sets

Cable flys 45lbs each side
7 sets of twelve. Amazing chest pump. .. such a big pump it really wasn't that painful at that point with so much blood in the muscle... failed last 3 sets.

Looking at this workout it doesn't look like shit- but it was brutal. The plan with this program is to run it for 6 weeks adding ten pounds each exercise each week and see where we are at.

Weight has climbed a solid pound or so in the last three days.

Cooked some pastrami and mozzarella stuffed chicken breast and kale/spinach stuffed parmesan encrusted marinated pork chops I have been eating the last few days. Out of yogurt... can't wait to buy out the yogurt section on payday friday.

Ended my cycle three weeks ago and the last 4 days in the gym really sucked, the only thing I could keep was shrugs, bench aint too bad but cannot do 10X10 of anything else.

Just wanted to pop in to say that I'm really enjoying this log @johnnyBALLZ and @brutus79. I'm in recovery myself (alcohol, benzos, opiates). Just picked up my 18 month keytag on 11/1. Whoop whoop! Also haven't had a cigarette since 6/2013. Been vaping the ecig like crazy though...I guess it's better than cigs though. Keep up the good work guys!

What do you guys think about recovery time after workouts ?

I workout 5-6 days a week = every muscle 2 times a week.

For an example

Monday: Chest and triceps

Very intensive workout, 5 exercises per muscle, atleast 5 sets.

Than i would do this again on thursday. Do you think 2 days (tu,we) are enough recovery time ? How do you handle it ?

It is awesome Chest pumps just get them full no painful pumps. It just takes a lot work to get them full and swole.

I think every program is good for 8 weeks. Then you get used to it... so the best program is always the next one- don't get stuck In a rut, you know? The one we are doing now is a five day split working each group once a week so 7 day rest... I personally believe rest and recovery are very important... if I work muscles too often I don't see mass building results I want.. but thats my body. Just keep your muscles guessing.

Its mostly psychological. I personally am a high rep guy so my gains are not affected whenever i did finish a cycle. Although when I used to focus on low reps I could never ever keep anything from the cycle. Everything would literally drop.

Its the price we all have to pay after all we are providing our bodies with an excess it cannot adequately provide itself.

Careful and manage your next choices wisely. Addiction can easily spin off from here.

I am speaking from my personal experience.

Pure truth right there.
