with some excruciating pain in my knee unless I sat back on my heels and didn't go atg. Very strange and didn't go as heavy as I wanted.

Very painful very unpleasamt workout... feels good to have it done. Very close to starting tren. I can taste it.
 
Mr ballz had a tune up done to his breast today where it was recommended to take a week off... we took that to mean a day or two. Back was cancelled today and tomorrow is family night for the both of us... I think he will squeeze in arms. We will train back together saturday.

I had horrific pain in my knee yesterday- I should say ON my knee. It felt like a fire was lit on my kneecap when I went too deep in the squat- never felt that before. I have also been experiencing a tennis elbow type pain on my left arm... neither is serious right now- I have torn my bicep tendon and fucked my knee up much worse than this previously. I am going to take advantage of a few days off to let my body catch up- his titty happened in the knick of time. Today and tomorrow off... potentially sunday as well. We have been going too heavy in the fst7 program as well so rest times between sets are too long. Weight is going to be reduced and workouts will be much faster.

Just wanted to update so you didn't think log was being neglected. Big sams trip this Weekend and food will be photographed and prepped for the 2 weeks sunday.

I also had a fucking horrible nightmare last night where I staryed drinking and smoking crack again... hit someone with my car, killed them, ran- couldn't stop getting high while cops chased me. I was so fucking greatful to wake up sober and whole- I am going to be hitting additional meetings moving forward... it was a not so subtle hint from the powers that be- ONE OR TWO A WEEK DON'T CUT IT DIPSHIT!
 
I really hate those dreams @brutus79 they put the fear in me again as well. Another sign for me not going to enough meetings is being angry at everyone over things I that can't control but think I should at that moment.

It does sound like a couple of days rest will do your body some good. You grow when you aren't in the gym after all.
 
I hate those damn dreams too! like you its the reminder that all we have is today! Meetings help to but just getting out of myself and acceptance is the key. I throw myself into helping others more. Keep it up bro ! Youre killen it in the gym im not suprised the pains your havin. Sone rest is good. If not cortisone shots do nicely too
 
Wow! Haven't had a drug dream in a while.. Grateful i haven't lived that way for a while now but it's always there, manifesting itself in Other ways everyday.what would society do if we were leashes out upon them again. Grateful.

i see you're putting that fst-7 into action, i feel your pain...and honestly doing workouts like these you can eat whatever the fuck you want considering the cals your torching
 
Back day- great workout. Banged that fucker out. No pain during... elbow feels better. Shoulders are good. Doing the stretching recommended by you guys earlier in the thread.

Bent rows- suicide speed
135 four sets of twelve
Close grip lat pull downs
4 sets twelve excruciating slow
Lat swing downs
4 sets twelve slooooooooowly
Machine with pad on chest with bicycle handle grips you put plates on and pull up dunno wtf it is
7 sets of 12 fast

Felt good. Eating has not been forcefeed the last few week- protein at 300 or so but carbs lacking. Sick with a cold and gains still stalled at 13 lbs week six. I got a boatload of chicken and I am starting tren next week... doing test 500 mg, eq 1200, tren hex 400 wk, tren finaplex 300 wk, mast 400 wk. Should see good lean gains at 4500 calories a day. I hope. 6000 is tough... if no gains in a week I will go back up to 5500. I am hoping more carbs in my 4500 contributes to more gains.
 
Can I ask why the t-4 instead of t3? I look into running t3 with my clen then someone tells me a shitty story how they fucked their metabolism up perm.
 
T4 is turned into t3 by your thyroid... I think? I just deal with t4 better. T3 gives me a fucking brutal headache.
I am also under the impression that unless you have an underlying preexisting thyroid issue supplementation is always fully recovered from. I also think if you hold off on the t3/4 your body will rebound from the lethergic state on its own from the gh.... but a week or two pinning 4 iu and up its tough- you get tired as a muthafucka when your body thinks that pulse means you should be sleeping

Not sure who you were asking but I remember mentioning it last week... T4 keeps me from feeling like a sleepy zombie while running hgh.. Not sure of the methodology but it sure as shit makes a huge difference..

We finished this in 25min, I know it doesn't seem like a lot of work but the fast pace and slow reps make for a great workout.. Totally different from what we've been doing, feels like a nice change..

I'll go into my diet and everything else more later tonight or tomorrow.. :)
