Makes me hopeful since i started natty around 169.. stalling out around 205.. but all in due time.. did you go through phases where to bulk it meant adding belly fat.. ? whats your route on this? bulk , cut , bulk cut, or clean bulk through? what served you best..

Thank you kind sir.. I'm totally done with dirty bulking, it's too much of a pain in the ass for me to get the fat off.. I've had a 6 pack ONCE in the last 2 years, I think that was in March and I was only 200lbs.. I don't like to cut because I can't seem to do it without losing a lot of muscle.. Right now I'm eating very clean but not starving myself and my 4 upper abs are there, this is all within the past 2 weeks so it seems to be working.. I'm sure the tren, var, GH, and albuterol have something to do with it!! Cardio 30min/day 6 days a week and it sucks..

My goal right now is to get as lean as I can, I hit 245lbs this cycle and that's 5lbs more than I thought I'd get.. After dropping 10lbs of mostly water I feel so much better though.. I'd like to get to a point where I'm at 10% BF and just clean bulk while on cycle.. Not into being super ripped but 10% would be great!!

I don't know, I flip flop a lot with it, at 200 with the 6 pack I felt so tiny and needed to get big.. At 245lbs with the bloat I needed a 6 pack.. I'll probably never be happy.. :( haha

MGH- I appreciate it. Trucker rightfully points out I don't lock out at the top. Ever since my bicep tendon tear and surgery I stop a couple of inches from lockout on any weighted dips to save my elbows.

Probably should have posted a heavy full ROM close grip bench to do justice to the strong thread JB and Brutus have going here but this whole thing started when I suggested to JB he trade out skullcrushers for dips.

Speaking of that JB, I didn't realize you are only 27 brother. No wonder the skullcrushers aren't killing your elbows yet!
