Thank you kind sir.. I'm totally done with dirty bulking, it's too much of a pain in the ass for me to get the fat off.. I've had a 6 pack ONCE in the last 2 years, I think that was in March and I was only 200lbs.. I don't like to cut because I can't seem to do it without losing a lot of muscle.. Right now I'm eating very clean but not starving myself and my 4 upper abs are there, this is all within the past 2 weeks so it seems to be working.. I'm sure the tren, var, GH, and albuterol have something to do with it!! Cardio 30min/day 6 days a week and it sucks..
My goal right now is to get as lean as I can, I hit 245lbs this cycle and that's 5lbs more than I thought I'd get.. After dropping 10lbs of mostly water I feel so much better though.. I'd like to get to a point where I'm at 10% BF and just clean bulk while on cycle.. Not into being super ripped but 10% would be great!!
I don't know, I flip flop a lot with it, at 200 with the 6 pack I felt so tiny and needed to get big.. At 245lbs with the bloat I needed a 6 pack.. I'll probably never be happy..
