how much water and fat do you consume?
1 - 1/2 gallons a day plus at least a half gallon of milk... and too much fat if anything. I am just prone to migraines- hydration is key but I find when I cycle aeound weeks 8-10 I start getting headaches that go away when I donate.

Medium to low carbs
High fats

Equal fat loss

With proper exercise of course

@johnnyBALLZ....I'm not able to find that written document on how much cardio is needed for fat loss. It's been over a year since I seen it.

I do know this when I was running 3 miles eod weight loss was stagnant. The moment I increase the the mileage to 4, then 6 the weight dropped off real quick. That's with no other changes to diet or anything else

On the no cardio / heavy tren plan I'm doing well.
 
This whole homogenized and pasteurized milk is about keeping the foods in the shelf longer thats it. In every other country and their mother people drink raw milk. All you do is boil it and voila milk is nice and rich. Let it sit for a few hours and scoop the fat from the top and sprinkle some salt on that. Enjoy the best butter you have ever had period. We call that "nata" in cuba. Amazing really, all the gallon milk tastes like water crap.
 
Guys get yourself some real raw milk boil it, let it cool down and add about two table spoons of guava paste.... The soft guava paste and stir... Enjoy the joys of that combo my brothers.

505 x 0 went for a 5 lb pr and blew the fucking lift. Weight was set wrong, way too far forward. Fucking pathetic.
500 x so close but couldn't lock it out. Right there for about 4 full seconds- not pretty. Gassed on the 505 attempt maybe? Fuck.

Cut down tren to 70 mg a day. Hex is rough. Still 100 mast prop ed, 225 eq ed, proviron 25 mg t cyp at 500 a week give or take had to up it a bit.

Food is at about 4k a day... going to blast calories soon. Probably another week at 4k to shed some more fat (disappearing fast. Hex!) And back up to six with a dbol/tren blast for as long as I can stand it high dose after I donate blood to my bathtub.

A missed pull at a weight always takes more out of me than if I am able to complete the lift. Once I miss a pull I have to drop the weight quite a bit or I will miss again EVERY time.

The fact that you came really close on 500 after missing 505 tells me you would have probably been good for 515 on the first pull if your form was on.

That is a shit ton of work after pulling. Nice!
