Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

I see, gotta do what you gotta do. I wonder if enemas would have a positive effect on BP? You ever go through with that? I am still strangely curious about that "hole" scene. Seriously though, I am. I still think there are benefits to be had, but don't particularly feel like being the pioneer. If I do though, i will graphically report back. Just for sheer comedic value, I think you should buy Brutus a couple of sessions.

Hahaha, no I got over over that.. You're closer to those places, I say you give it a go.. :)

JB, just saw the transformation pics and I gotta say, very impressive. I think I've said this before, but the contributions you and Brutus have made in this log has been one of or is the most entertaining, informative and motivating logs I've ever read. Tons of invaluable info has been shared and I'm sure we have all learned a great deal from your efforts and contributions. Also, great input from the Meso family. Thanks for sharing.

I woke up this morning and decided I am at the end of my blast... I generally start feeling like shit around week 10, but things started to go south for me about week 8 and I attribute that to the eq.

I spent decades addicted to drugs and treated my body like an amusement park- I had an amazing tolerance to substances... any substance. When it comes to running gear I believe my ability to tolerate multiple compounds or high dosages has been compromised by the abuse I subjected myself to. Moving forward I have decided after a couple years of experiments that low test, moderate tren, proviron stack works really well for me, and I will probably do eight week cycles.

I am going to continue updating this log with training through the end of the year as the majority of my previous pr's come post cycle when I start to feel better and recover... so stay tuned. I appreciate the time and attention everyone has put into this log and I am learning a lot every day.

I ended up at 261 and about 11% bf... I would say a conservative estimate would be a 15 lb lbm gain in ten weeks. I look great- very happy with the results.

Smart decision. IMO, too many people use way too much gear for way too long. In the end, all they see is a lot of extra wear and tear on their body and very little return on the investment. 6 - 8 week cycles used to be the norm. Now they're the exception. We're all impatient and want results right away but the body wants to adapt according to its schedule, not ours. Trying to force adaptation with more and more drugs results in the body pushing back. We should be listening to what it's trying to tell us. Weight training is just a hobby for most of us, and it should be a healthy endeavor, IMO. Feeling good should be just as important as looking good.

^^^^ I"ve started taking 2 week total breaks from weights after each cycle , on top of on-cycle time = off-cycle time . 8 on/8 off is my rule now . ~Ogh

I never get anything in the way of LM gains after 6-8 weeks anyway.. Recomp, yes but that can also be done off cycle.. So what's the point??

That being said I'm still going 2 more weeks.. :)

ARM day:

2nd time training arms this week.. I'm going to see if I can get any improvement with doing arms 2x week for the next few weeks like I did with chest..

Wide grip straight barbell curls 95lbs
4 sets of 12, 45 seconds rest

Standing hammer curls
75lb dumbbells for 10, 1 arm at a time
55lb for 12, alternating
45lb for 12, alternating
45lb for 12, same time

Wide grip cable curls with rope
7 sets 12, 30 seconds rest.. New machine, plates said 100lbs but it wasn't

Close grip free weight bench 155lbs
4 sets 12, 45 seconds rest

Variation of skull crushers with 35lb dumbbells
2 sets 12
2 sets 10, fails, all 45 seconds rest

Straight bar cable pushdowns 65lbs
7 sets 12, 30 seconds rest

I'm thinking for the next 2 weeks I'll go heavier with more volume one day and the other day do this FST-7, we'll see..

Sun's out guns out :) :

You know, Johnny, looking at that pic, I can see striations coming in on your delts. It's obvious that you have the size now so I think it would be interesting to see what would happen if you started working on getting cuts. I suspect that if you start working on building muscle shape and symmetry rather than trying to gain any more size, and lowering bf, you'll look twice as big. I really think you'd be shocked and how much bigger. Something to think about. Anyway, nice work, Johnny.

You know what else would make him look bigger? Flip flops with heels!
