This isn't your ordinary training log and it won't have the same goals as probably anyone here.

More work/time
Increase flexibility
Basically become a small version of a top level crossfit athlete without doing crossfit

This is a Natty log and an unconventional log, I will skip workouts to go biking/rock climbing and during ski season probably only get 2/4 workouts done a week because for me it's more about doing what I enjoy rather then training for what I enjoy in the gym.

Every morning during the cut will start off with a 20-30 minute fasted walk and later in the cut will be a jog. I'm only doing this because my dog tore a hip muscle and I'm rehabbing it with him so he's good for ski season as he's missed most of biking season due to his injury. I'll be lifting at night focusin on weight moved over time trying to complete workouts quicker or adding weights and keeping the same break times.

Diet will be keto for the cut because I prefer eating this way not because there is any advantage then once I've reached target weight I'll reverse diet out with carbs and maintain weight with carbs in diet.

This log will be starting come August 21st so won't be updating a workout until then. Cheers boys.

I'll be following man.
You and and I are about the same size.
I'm interested to see where this cut gets you.
Ha, and I played lacrosse and I too am definitely choosing good snow over workouts.

Hey, friends don't let friends be sub 200lbs.
The laboured breathing while walking up stairs isn't the best I'm not a good 200 maybe one day when I'm not natty anymore I can be a nice 200lb but if I was now it would be pilsbarry do boy style.

Thanks for the subs my friends I'll try and keep it interesting for the crew and feel free to bullshit and ask question/tell me what I'm doing wrong (I know @Perrin Aybara that cutting is wrong but I remember even you too once did a vanity run )

What? There's a weightlifting bear on here? Amazing.

Very interested in this.

Also, speaking of bears, watch back country. Great Canadian bear movie.

I lied I did a workout worth noting.

500 bodyweight+70lb lead vest squats with broom stick overhead and hip circle on for added challenge
500 push ups
500 flutter kicks
10minutes plank
2 hours stretching/yoga/ROMWOD

Just trying to make the best of the situation I'm in for one more week then I'll be hitting the gym like normal
