Bulk, cut or recomp? 26, 174cm, 76kg

Hello :)

Question here -- should I keep bulking?

Stats: 175cm and 76kg. Eating 90% healthy, and training 6 days a week. This is post workout.

All labs (cortisol, insulin, glucose, liver, lipids [slightly high], cbc, thyroid, acth, estrogen, prolactin) are normal. It's been very tough trying to get rid of my chubby thighs and love handles.. my fat is mainly concentrated there.

What are your thoughts?

Just eat at a slight deficit or maintenance and keep lifting weights progressively, you don’t have enough muscle mass yet. Work on consistency in nutrition and exercise, worty about bulking later.
