Bulking meals

Usually I eat half while working, and the other half an hour later. Lunch is usually around 1K Cal's. Breakfast two pieces of whole wheat toast, 2tbsp Nutella on each piece (4 total) and one whole banana is 700 Cal's. Snack on half a cup of peanuts. Half cup of yogurt covered raisins to snack on also. Those two alone is about 600 Cal's. Bowl of cereal (2 cups of milk and 2 cups of cereal) is about 600 Cal's as well.

And I still struggle with gaining. Also eat a ton of eggs, potatoes, beef, chicken, nuts...lol. Oh don't forget a nice shake with two cups of milk, 4 tbps of olive oil, half cup of oats, 4 tbsp of peanut butter, two scoops of protein (well over 1K Cal's)

I think I have tapeworm. Lol.

Took me awhile before I finally understood

It can be a tough concept especially those that were way overweight before. Tool me a while to catch on too back when.

Was a ward of the state his whole life before ending up in the friends home he is now a few weeks back, just turned 18. Offered to take him to the gym one day so he’d stay out of trouble and he’s hooked, wants to look like me (nothing special by my standards)

He’s about 5,10 130ish and could see his ribs when he moved in. He’s always asking me what to eat and I’m trying to work him up a few hundred calories a week so his body doesn’t go into shock. Just the switch to normal food from ramen, pizza and cereal all day has him constantly in the bathroom as he’s adjusting.
 
Where I live no such pizza place exist lol

Just to clarify i am talking about real NY style restaurant pizza, made from scratch with real fresh ingredients, not chain restaurants like dominos/ pizza slut/ papa Johns, and definitely not frozen garbage. I don’t care what anyone says, their is a big difference IMO.

I've been eating 3.5lbs of sirloin a day and 10+ cups of rice with various veggies and fruit. 5200+ calories a day at this pt Started at 4100 tdee and ramped up over 5 wks. Its Stan Efferdings vertical diet. You just raise/lower the steak/rice depending on goals. You can use chicken too because of your heartburn. I'm not even measuring the shit anymore because I'm always hungry so it's probably a little more. 5 wks from234.5lbs to 252lbs but I think that is the superdrol mostly. Tearing through my workouts though and staying pretty lean. Avatar is yesterday.

Sorry man, that sucks. Guess im spoiled when it comes to pizza growing up in NJ/ PA. Tons of decent pizza joints by me. I only go to the genuine Italian places. I have had pizza in other parts of the country and it dosent even come close.

I have a cup a night. Started to cut it to a cup every other day. Then I am going to be done in two weeks for a while. Also Stopped waking up to eat in the middle of the night.
