Bumstead busted

Addressed to his sister…but he owned the property where it was delivered

What do you know…a pro bodybuilders package was selected for “extensive review”

Damn not a good look for ol' squeeky clean Bumstead that's for sure. 6 felony charges? Land of the free people.

Stay in Canada Chris, personal use and possession is fine. Incoming loss at the Olympia due to politics lol.

No shit…it looks like it went to revive house so it was probably for more people than just him.

Especially considering that Iain valliere is married to Bumsteads sister and the package was addressed to her there could be a whole bunch of Mr O problems

Yeah I wonder how many vials etc it was? I saw on Ian's IG someone asked him "Syn or Inno" and he said Syn all the way so were they getting Canadian UGL's shipped down to them in the US?

Seems like a dicey thing to do for high profile Olympians.

yes with international shipments to USA under high scrutiny this is indeed bad. This sort of thing can happen to anyone now. Wonder if this will affect Chris Bumstead himself in any way.

It’s definitely a bit odd…I mean you would think they would know better than to use fed-ex…of all the dumbshit a source could do, why would they send fed-ex.

It’s also strange that they got hit with 6 felonies…when our shit gets seized we get a letter…they got 6 felonies so I’m thinking it had to be a lot of gear for them to go to that extent…or they pissed off the source and got a hot pack.

FedEx and UPS actively work with LE and readily turn over packages that have warrants against them. Not sure about DHL as they operate from Canada to USA as well.

Canada Post simply hands over packages to USPS at the border, so it would been better to use Canada Post from Canada as USPS LE needs a warrant to seize a pack.

Most likely then that person tipped off the US Feds.

I doubt it was some grand conspiracy, everyone knows as you said you do NOT use UPS or FedEx for international of all things. They are classified as private courier companies and can rip your shit open at their own discretion and send you down the river.

Atleast Government postal services have an air of security with the whole needing a warrant to open the mail with CanadaPost and USPS.

FedEx shipment of AAS to the states is ridiculous and US to canada etc is not scrutinized as people think, USPS/CanadaPost back and forth works just fine if you're not a heat bag.

True, the Feds' work is so much easier when people use Fedex or UPS to ship AAS or even street drugs internationally.

Big mistake on the Canadian source's part...

I agree. She was listed in the article as in importer, hence the felony. But I'm certain her legal team will move that down to misdemeanor possession.

And this folks is why people who ask why the canadian super labs don't ship to USA/Canada, your answer is here. You open up a shit show when you cross borders. There's a reason they are still around 10 years later.

Canadian labs were wise not to dare shipping to USA as that would come back to bite them considering US law enforcement is friendly with Canadian LE.

This incident may even possibly start a shitshow for Chris Bumstead himself as he might be denied a visa to enter the USA to go to the O.

Definitely, any decent lawyer can bargain this down to a misdemeanor without any problems…but I’m sure they have a good legal team, more than likely the charges will be dropped…it really wouldn’t be that hard to do if the lab who sent it doesn’t cooperate.

They will find a way to prove that they didn’t order it and someone sent it with malicious intent….as long as the UGL didn’t get snagged in the op there really is no way to prove that they are the ones who ordered it. If they were smart they would have had other packages also sent around the same time so that they have plausible deniability for opening the pack….although given the fact they used Fed ex they may not be that bright. It will be interesting to see how their legal team spins it.
