Bumstead busted

Good thing we don't have any violent unsolved crimes so the police are free to expend finite taxpayer resources on this important issue of the day.
Even better that there isn't hundreds of people dying daily from Fentanyl shipped in, they solved that one quickly, along with cocaine and heroin. These guys are heroes! When Ronnie Coleman was active, sure is a damn good thing he was natty, being a cop himself and all would make him an easy target.

Wonder if it was for her brother?
That’s a lot of stuff for a female.

Also, agree, 2million illegals crossed with tons of fentanyl etc, but they care about some winstrol?

So the booking date was September 10, 2021.

It is almost a year and a half later (coming up on 16 months now).

With 2023 starting, has the Martin County DA done anything with this case? Still pending? Charges filed? No charges filed?
She’s out on bail, they could string it out years, literally, that is if they even decide to convict her. (Which I don’t think will happen)

Will it be news when and if anything happens?

I guess I can go look and see if Martin County cases are accessible online.

Goddam am I good:)

Like I’ve said before, of course your doing something illegal but are they going to spend the time to prosecute something so low level.

A year ago! January 14, 2022. Wow. Thanks, Deezznuttz.

Anyway, not dropped. Drug court program. It's like a special probation period where the charges will be wiped for most purposes if she completes it successfully.

I say for most purposes, because those charges will always be visible to law enforcement and judges and so on.

So I looked online, and the case went to drug court. She then got it transferred to Miami Dads County on April 1.

There the case continued until August, when it was closed with all 6 charges being nolle pros'd.

Well, good for her. Not a bad outcome for half a dozen felonies.

It looks like drug court is a good alternative in Florida - it does not work that well in every state (and may not be available at all, depending on the local jurisdiction).
